I've been wearing these slippers for a couple months and they are falling apart already. The material under the heel has completely rubbed off. I'm super disappointed these are now made so poorly as I had the same slippers previously and they held up really great. Please make these was well as you used to.

Felt like it was poor quality . Just wasn't what I expected it to be .

They were to small and when I tried to exchange them, you guys wouldn't accept it.

I guess I thought anything by UGG would have a decent sole. Not this one. I might as well have been barefoot. I returned them.

Waste. Of. Money. I have boots that went to mountains and saw rain/snow/dirt and still look fantastic but house shoes that have literally never seen the outside world don't last longer than a few months? I purchased these and another pair of Ugg slippers for my bf and I as a splurge gift for us Dec 2020. Working remote we were spending a lot of time with cold toes on the tile and I wanted to get him a nice pair of slippers that he wouldn't buy himself. Having purchased Ugg boots before, that have lasted literally forever, I thought it would be a good buy that we would enjoy for a few years. We started wearing them Christmas day and they became our house footware for a few months before I noticed the heel on his slipper and the toe on mine had a wear spot in the fur. Due to the design of the mens scuff and women's scuffette the foot lining cannot be replaced and Ugg customer service told me (even though they are less than a year old) they would consider this "normal wear and tear" so I can't get a replacement. I'm upset with Ugg as a brand. How do you call that quality Ugg?

The soles on these shoes are not what they used to be. They feel like a block of wood with fur on top. I love my old Ugg's, wore them all winter long for several years. They were the most comfortable shoes I ever had. These new soles are truly disappointing.

I got a pair for Christmas as a gift. Thinking that this brand prides itself by making quality products, I obliviously justified the price. After just one month, the fur and heel began to fall apart. Now, 6 months later, the heel is completely bare. All I wear these slippers for is walking around the house in the morning and night. I reached out to customer service since UGG claims to have a 365 days warranty. I first reached out by email, receiving a response that said UGG does not do business or ship to the US and I must have bought them somewhere else. The pair of slippers I bought were directly from the UGG US site. I decided to call customer service. They gave me the option to return them via a process that was very convoluted and resulted in me losing time and money. They didn't even take the time to make sure they spelled my address correctly on the return label. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed not only in the expensive product that I will soon have to throw away due to it falling apart, but I was even more concerned with how this company treats its customers. Goes to show more expensive does not always mean better quality. I got more use out of my previous pair of slippers that cost $20 than these.

I use these slippers inside my house. Just walking around inside my feet hurt in them. Would not recommend them at all.

too thin soul feel weird. Upper part ok but doesn't go with the soul. too much money for these

Feels like an ordinary slipper. This isn't worth the money

After my third pair of slippers thinking the first 2 were just a bad batch or something I've decided to never buy Ugg slippers again. The first color in dove stained and shed so badly I had to throw them away despite trying to clean them with their cleaning kit. The second black sequin pair I got stained my feet so badly I had to throw those away too. The third pair in espresso shed terribly that the lining shows through completely. With all 3 pairs this all happened within 2 months. For the price none of this should even happen especially within such a short time. How these companies can charge all this money for such horrible quality is beyond me. Quality used to be great - they obviously changed something and maybe hoped no one would notice. I have a bunch of boots from 6ish years ago that are still in great shape but the new products aren't the same.

I use the product for home doing and I love them when I first got them but after a couple of weeks they look like I had them for years.

My wife is a size 6, i bought a pair of boots and slippers in a 6 the end of November, for Christmas. The slippers are small, her heel hangs off the back and the boots are too big.. i don't get it. I tried to exchange and I'm unable to. Now stuck with expensive paper weights.

i bought 4 pairs, the fur has flattened to the bottom in 3 weeks and i returned an unworn pair that the order numbers, my emails, nothing works to find my return.

I got these slippers in my usual size 8. They felt HUGE as if they were a size 10. It was hard to walk in them, I kept feeling like I was going to trip. Ended up returning. Not worth the money.
