Very thin sole and lining, poor construction. This brand has gone downhill over the years.

Very disappointed that the soles are now made extremely thin. Feels like cardboard bottoms. Not the thick cushy soles like the ones I've had in the past. So sad in the drop in quality. Sent back.

I purchased these a few weeks ago and the left shoe is losing all of its fit. The right shoe is perfectly intact. Makes no sense.

The fur smells horrible and makes your socks and feet smell. Never experienced that before. Very disappointing.

Bought size 8 too large needed size 7.5

Very comfortable. I am a true six in shoes - I ordered a six and maybe could have gone with a seven but they are still super comfortable still.

orders canceled with no reason, tried different credit cards, address, etc, customer service doesn't have idea how to fix it

Couldn't fit them

I have Ugg slippers, boots, sweats, robes, and blankets. All are great. These slippers may have been the ugliest things I've ever purchased. The only think I can think to compare them to is a cow. They felt like you were petting a cow. The "fur" was so weird. Returned.

I've been wearing these about a month or so, and even though they are super comfy, and cute, the insole is starting to rip under my heel, which makes me so sad I wanna buy more colors but not if they fall apart so quickly

this Scuffette ll was so uncomfortable. The sole was very thin and they were hard to keep on your feet. I had to scrunch my toes up to keep them on, which would give me cramps in my calf's. They would make me trip and were all out irritating. I returned them.

The heel is to flat, zero support. I have other UGG slippers that support my heel, I'll stick with those.

I use these every day but I even ordered up yet they are still too small, my feet kind of hang out of them. They are also pretty thin. Be sure to order a much larger size for these, very disappointing.

I wear these all time.

not fluffy

I got a pair of these today for Christmas. I was already skeptical to wearing them due to the amount of animal abuse used to make these slippers. I tried them on, trying really hard to keep an open mind to them. The inside is soft and comfortable, except the sole is non-existent apparently. When I walk it feels like my foot is just slamming against a block of wood. So disappointing. Will be returning these and getting a cruelty free slipper with an actual sole.
