These didn't last me even a year. Don't waste your money. Even with the care kit. The inside is completely gone the fur on top is not attached anymore and just not worth the money quite honestly

I regret the purchase as the soles have little to no padding. Not comfortable! I've had other Ugg products and always happy before but these are not slippers I would ever buy again!

Bottom sole has already disconnected from the toe part on one shoe!

Would not recommend the Scuffette. There is absolutely no foot support. Amazingly, i purchased 3 pairs of Uggs, different styles, in the last 3-weeks because my tru-blue Cozy's are so worn out after only 2-years (previous Cozy's lasted 4-years). And, amazingly, the 3-different styles that I purchased, all in the same size, varied wildly in shoe length and fit like they were all different sizes. I have been a staunch Ugg cheerleader for about 15-years but find the quality ever declining. Pricing remains the same over the years but quality is decreased.

The bottom of the slipper is so thin you feel like you are walking on concrete.

Within a week of arriving, the rubber bottoms of both slippers have started to detach. Like the glue used isn't remotely sticky enough to adhere the bottoms of these slippers.

Super cute slippers but due to the flat sole at the heel my feet hurt while wearing

Flimsy material

I've never had any issues with foot pain or anything close to it until I bought these slippers. I no longer wear them and still have pains in the bottom of my feet. Very thin, no cushion and they wear out in less than 2 months. I don't recommend these slippers unless you only walk on carpet. Not worth the price.

Slips were nice. Just too big for my daughter and Ugg wouldn't return or exchange them : (

For how much these cost I would definitely not think they should fall apart that fast

I bought these for my wife. She LOVED them at first. But, the heel gave out VERY fast.

I was so excited to get the slippers, the first day I bought them the seam down the middle on top started cracking.

Ordered these for my daughter who wears a size 9 shoe. They arrived, she tried them on and her heal hung way off the back. I have a small slender 7.5 size foot and I'm not kidding these are even tight on me. My heel doesn't hang off but it's not far from it and they feel very tight on the top of my foot. Super disappointed because other reviews said they run big. That is most definitely not the case. UGG PLEASE RESTOCK THE COQUETTE SLIPPER WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND PLEASE GET YOUR SIZING RIGHT! We are going through a lot of personal difficulties so I have no idea when I'll be able to get to the USPS to return these and that is really frustrating. These were a birthday gift for my little girl. -Frustrated Mama

Slippers were too small. Returned within 3 days, but over 4 weeks later we are still waiting on the replacement item.

So disappointed in these slippers. Very thin and uncomfortable. I've been a long time customer and am gradually noticing the quality of Uggs products changing.

I bought these shoes on the official UGG website in November for a Christmas present. My daughter who usually wears a size 9.5, I sized up and got a 10. Even the 10 was too small, weird, and so I put in an exchange for a size 11 on December 26th. Shipped it back and its been sitting in their warehouse since Jan. 4. On the website it says it takes 5-10 days to "process" your return. When I called they said "its 5-10 business days". They wont send out the exchange (which they said takes another 5-10 business days) until they get around to processing this return which has been sitting in their warehouse for 19 days now. I called and asked just to get a refund now that they still haven't processed the returns 11 business days later so I can just buy it from my local store. They now have said it will be another 5-7 business days to process the refund ticket. So I am looking at February to get a refund for shoes I returned on Dec. 26th. Don't buy from them!!!! Just go to your local store.

The Scuffette has a label that sits right under my heel and is very uncomfortable. Possibly it doesn't bother some, but I have rheumatoid arthritis and it causes discomfort if not pain.

Requested these for Christmas and was very excited but extremely disappointed in the quality of this item. Wore them only one time and the pink coloring rubbed right off the the center seams so now looks old after 1 use. Can also feel the ground right through the bottom of the slipper. Love UGGs usually, but this shoe is not up to their normal standards or quality. Tried to get a replacement and customer service would not help me since they were a gift. Very disappointed overall - likely will not buy from UGG again after this

After using these for only 2 weeks the slippers have cracked.

Was extremely disappointed for the price. Shoes were two different sizes yet marked same size.
