They are not stain resistance and the texture of the sunset is changing just after 2 wears

I'm not sure what's wrong with these slippers but the lining inside is NOT soft like usual. It's rough and scratchy. I had to return them.

I purchased these slippers 9/2025 and by 11/2025 the heals of the sole were completely worn bare. I wore them for a couple hours a day most lounging around my house. I've had other Ugg slippers that have lasted years. When I reached out to customer service inquiring about the 12 month warranty and how disappointed I was with the quality of the slippers they simply replied they weren't eligible for a replacement because it's basic wear and tear. I could not believe the customer service response. When you spend more than $100 for slippers you expect them to last longer than 2 months. I have a lot of Ugg products I've purchased over the years and have never been unsatisfied until now. It appears the quality of their items are going down hill and you cannot count on their customer service to make things right. Very disappointing!

I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of these UGG slippers. For a pair of footwear costing around $100, I expected far better durability. After only a couple of months of occasional wearI certainly do not abuse my slippersthe heel of the shoe has completely worn out. It has deteriorated to the point where walking in them is now genuinely painful. This is unacceptable performance for a premium brand. I have had much cheaper slippers last significantly longer. The comfort I initially bought them for is now non-existent due to this rapid and severe structural failure. I would not recommend these to anyone and am shocked by how quickly they became unusable. Do not waste your money on these if you expect them to last more than a few weeks.

Very disappointed in these slippers. The sole is sooo thin! Not comfortable at all.:( :( I LOVE UGGS! I thought I would give these a try. Should've stuck with my usual. I wore them around my house so I can't return them. :(

Size and fit were fine. Very little cushioning when walking.

I'm a very thin person (so weight is not the problem) and I have trouble wearing because they are so flat. Not comfortable

I bought a pair of Ansley last November, had to exchange them due to imperfection. The second pair still didn't fit right, so I had to do another exchange. I waited until March, only to hear back that they will just refund me, which was fine. So I ordered Scuffette II instead, hoping these will be good. Even though they fit ok, just like my old pair. I noticed that the top rubber line was not gonna last. Sure enough, the line on both slippers cracked after 2 days. I don't want to go through the exchange process again, so decided to just keep this pair, so that I have slippers to wear around the house. By the way, the box came smashed a bit, and the packing paper didn't look new either. Very disappointed.

These slippers were damaged when I purchased them they felt like they were a return I called but never persuaded with it the left one especially felt damaged when worn can someone please help me

Since I can't reply to Ugg's response on my originals review, I'm sharing this here as another buyer beware. My slippers were less than two weeks old when the seam gave out, after gentle use, indoors at home, only. I contacted customer service and sent the rep 6-10 pics clearly proving the issue. They couldn't help me. Yet, here on my original review, Ugg responded saying "there's a one year warranty". Lies. I've reached out many times over the past couple weeks with either zero response or zero help once I got a response, yet they try to look helpful, performatively here in the reviews, and give me no way to respond, calling this out. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought these and wore them inside my home for less than two weeks. The seam is falling apart. Customer service wasn't helpful, and I'm stuck with brand new garbage slippers. I have been a customer of Ugg for as long as I can remember, but no more after this. Complete rip off. Save your money and buy another brand.

I was surprised that the soul was so thin. I was expecting more from this slipper.

suing since 1974 (the family owned company u stole ur whole brand from) is insane. i will no longer be supporting u greedy pigs.

I don't know what happened to the quality of the boots/slippers you sell but these are not the same quality slippers I bought years ago. It literally feels like you're walking on the ground there's no soft padding for your feet at all. I actually had to stop wearing them because they were killing my feet. So painful after wearing them for more than a week. Buyer beware.

I have had this product for less than a year and the slippers look horrible like they are 10 years old. I have only worn these for one winter. The soles are coming off, the sheepskin is coming off of the heels and the seams are cracking. I even paid the $20 shipping to return them to their warranty department to get a replacement, as I was sure they would see they did not hold up. They shipped the same ones back to me and said it does not fall under the warranty even though I have had them for less than a year. They clearly do not stand by their product or warranty. Do not buy these! Very disappointed and will not purchase from Ugg again.

I purchased these slippers a few months ago. After about a month and a half, the inside of the slippers are almost worn out! Horrible! For the price of these slippers, they should last much longer. Lost my confidence in UGG..

I bought a pair of these for my sister-in-law and myself in October 2024. It is January 1, 2025. The fur on the heel of the shoes has worn away, and the sole is coming away from the shoe. I paid around $100 for these.

The slipper run about one size too small.

As I have already started in previous survey. I was very disappointed. The shoes didn't match. 2 diff pieces of leather. I was instructed to return them.i was so excited to get them.i threw the packing away.do not live close to a store with uggs so I can't return them.very disappointed.
