Attractive, keep feet warm without causing perspiration, well make upper portion. Giving low stars due to both insoles and outer soles. I don't know if the problem with insoles is due to abundance of fleece lining or to the under fabric to which it is attached - in any case, the fleece has bunched up, uncomfortably so, under the base of my toes. It could be that the fabric to which the fleece is attached is too long for the length of the slippers. I would try trimming the bunched up fleece, but afraid of cutting into the underlying fabric and ruining the lining altogether. The sole of the slippers is so flat and non-conforming to my feet, that I can't even walk normally. It's as if my feet have turned into duck-like feet that flop-flop. Hold your hands palm down on a table, keeping wrist and base of hands motionless while holding fingers straight out, lifting your hands up and down - you'll get the flopping motion of these slippers. I have some Acorn New Spa Slides slippers that don't give that motion at all- they're very comfortable to walk in. I had Sorel Nakiska slippers that had a wonderfully comfortable sole (unfortunately their wool/acrylic lining caused perspiration, and soon wore off both inside and out, making them look tacky, even though overall they were otherwise were still in excellent condition). If Ugg slippers had the outer soles Sorel Nakiska slippers, and the durability of the Acorn Spa slippers, they would be perfect and worth their price.

These are not worth the high price. Paying only for the brand name. It's not comfortable, runs tight, and feels the same as my other fur slides that were half the price.

I was surprised to be so disappointed in these. The fleece was short, coarse, wiry and downright itchy. None of my older products from Ugg feel like this. If the fleece is uncomfortable, what's the point of an Ugg? I tried on the black/gray - maybe the dye process affected the feel of the fleece. I will say the outside of the shoe was well constructed, but they were more attractive in the box than on my feet. I recently tried a pair of Old Friends and thought the sole was stiff, so I wanted to compare them with this year's Uggs. Old Friends weren't as well constructed (they don't align to the foot as neatly as Ugg) but they felt much softer.

I am used to Brookstone Tempurpedic slippers, so in comparison, these had very rigid, thin soles and were not what I was looking for. Customer service recommended I order a size smaller, but I shouldn't have, as my heel was dangerously close to hanging off the slipper. I returned these, and upgraded to the Coquette, and those were exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately the slippers did not fit. I bought these as a gift for my wife. I selected the size that was on her old slippers(7), but when she tried them on they were too small. We matched the slippers up and the new ones were noticeably smaller.

Disappointed. The bottoms wore out way too fast. Hard on feet. Not worth the price.

I so wanted to love these slippers. Yes, the shearling inside is so soft and warm just like Ugg boots, but the soles are so flat, stiff and unbending they are ultimately not comfortable. Sadly, they must go back!

I normally get the cozy Ugg slippers but wanted to switch it up a bit so decided to give the Scuffette a try and am totally regretting it. These slippers have no support whatsoever, you are better off walking in socks. Don't waste your money on these slippers, I'm ordering the cozy slippers now.

Everyone has Uggs! Everyone loves their Uggs! I wanted these Uggs to work for me so much! The slippers had no arch support, and just made my feet ache!

Nice looking but they do not fit very well. They also have no padding in the sole. Not what I expected from UGG.

I love my other Uggs (boots, both medium and tall. However I did buy an in sole arch support, and that has made those loads more comfortable), but these have no arch support. They actually hurt my feet to wear them because the sole is so thin. The show is clunky so it is kind of hard to walk in it. The toes are warm and cozy, but everything else about the show is uncomfortable. Sending them back and ordering the Sorels. Hope those are better.

I am a repeat buyer of the Ugg Coquette and I thought these would be a bargain. They are nothing like the Coquette as far as the sole. The Scufette II are really thin soled and I noticed a huge sticker on the sole that states made in Korea. I never noticed a Made in Korea sticker on the Coquette. There is a huge difference in the quality of the sole. So, I will return these because they don't feel as good for my posture. My heel also was longer than the shoe when I bought my usual size. Bummer. I wanted to love them!

Won't buy these again! When I pay this much for a pair of winter house slippers, I expect them to last a couple of years, try 4 months. The inner sole wore through on both shoes after just 2 months. I have purchased this same slipper twice, expecting the replacement pair to be durable and wear better and it didn't happen. Warm, yes. Durable, no.

Like all the UGG shoes, these are nice and warm...but the sole is too thin, it's missing the nice, cushy feeling a slipper should have.

These are ok. I am not a huge slipper fan. the sole isn't very comfortable and there just ins't anything that is keeping your foot from feeling like your walking on carpet. My feet are warm but I feel very flat footed in the slipper. I thought it would be more cushy feeling. My husband has the Men's version of the Dakota and they are awesome and super cushy inside... These are lacking

I am addicted to Cozy II, but decided to try this one. I'm always an 8, and my heels were hanging off the backs. The heels are so thin, I'm not going to bother getting a new size, I'll just return to my usual Cozys!

My daughter loves these but be warned that they run very small and very narrow, so for example, while she normally wears a size 7, we had to return and exchange for a size 9, so that they would fit like comfy slippers and not constricting shoes. Note also that these are hard and inflexible, and not nearly as soft and moldable as the children's Uggs slippers. Personally I would not enjoy wearing them as slippers because they're so stiff.

I'm not sure what's wrong with these slippers but the lining inside is NOT soft like usual. It's rough and scratchy. I had to return them.

I purchased these slippers 9/2025 and by 11/2025 the heals of the sole were completely worn bare. I wore them for a couple hours a day most lounging around my house. I've had other Ugg slippers that have lasted years. When I reached out to customer service inquiring about the 12 month warranty and how disappointed I was with the quality of the slippers they simply replied they weren't eligible for a replacement because it's basic wear and tear. I could not believe the customer service response. When you spend more than $100 for slippers you expect them to last longer than 2 months. I have a lot of Ugg products I've purchased over the years and have never been unsatisfied until now. It appears the quality of their items are going down hill and you cannot count on their customer service to make things right. Very disappointing!
