They run small. I wear a 7 1/2 show/slipper and purchased a 9 based on foot length measured. They were still small and are returning them for a 10.

i guess the outer soles have changed to rubber. miss the leathery type soles like the men's version. so sad.

I really like the concept of the show/slipper but there isn't much support/cushion at the sole so the shoe is very flat on the surface. It is also true to size plus all the fur inside of the shoe, you might need to go up a size for a comfortable fit.

I'm so disappointed. I was looking forward to these slippers but now I want to send them back but I won't because this would be the second time I'm returning something to UGG and I don't want to deal with the return process. These run small. I assume the snug feeling will loosen up over time but they're short. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. So I went with a 9 but I should have gotten a ten. My right heel is barely on the slipper. The color is so different from the picture on the website that I thought they sent me the wrong slippers, but no the box says the right color. The Goat color is not an off-white, cream, beige or tan color. it is straight-up light gray/ silver. I'm most disappointed in the color. I question the quality. They're soft but the suede feels kind of cheap and based on the other 3 and 2 star reviews I shouldn't expect these slippers to last long.

I'm on my second pair of slippers in 6 months. I returned the first pair after three months as the inside lining was wearing through. UGG did provide a replacement pair for me at the time. Now my second pair is wearing through in the same area. I do wear my slippers each evening when I'm home and do not wear them outside the house. For the price charged, I assumed these would at least last a year. Everyone I've talked to have had good luck with their products. I'm just going to go back to purchasing cheap slippers that at least last a year before I have to replace them. This was my first UGG purchase and I don't believe I'll be purchasing again.

These are the cutest slippers and I was so excited to get them. However, I've had them for 2 months and the exposed top seams, on both slippers, has already chipped off. I don't know if this is a one off or a possible design flaw, but I wouldn't recommend buying this style. *I would have exchanged them for another style, however their return/exchange policy is within the first 30 days and I missed that window of time.

the fur started coming out of the bottom of only one slipper leaving bald spots.

I love these slippers but after only a few months the fur lining on the heel is wearing out and has completely worn away in some places. Disappointed in the quality.

Comfy and good outside , They getting very bad inside. The furry part disperse and it got stains

My daughter is a size 4.5 ,I bought a half a size and size and half bigger and there both are small on her . How can that be ?

Not impressed with the Scuffette II. This is the 3rd pair of Scuffettes that I have purchased and the quality of the ones I just received is definitely subpar and they are not even close to the ones I bought last year and a few years ago. The leather is the main difference. It is NOT soft and velvety! It used to be. The leather is hard and scratchy.which is so disappointing. These used to be my absolute FAVORITE slippersbut not anymore. Ugg is obviously cutting corners and the product is not the same quality as it used to be. I won't ever buy these again unless they start using soft leather again. I hate the slippers that I received yesterday. My husband bought them for me for my birthday& I am so disappointed. My work out Scuffette slippers had MUCH SOFTER leather and were gorgeous! We bought those last year.

I bought the back slippers last year and fit perfect. This year got the purplish color same size. It is longer wider and less shearling. Disappointed!

Had to return them. No padding in the soles. Just a layer of fabric on the outer sole.

I love UGGs and assume that the quality will be good. However after approximately 4 weeks the fluffy part underneath the heel started to fall out, and both soles in the heel area now have a bald spot. Apparently there are none left so I was unable to purchase a replacement. Perhaps this is the reason that the slippers were in a sale, but it's still too much money to pay for an inferior product.

I have hardly had these anytime (not even a month) and there's already a bare spot in the heel area. Pretty disappointed that they aren't holding up better. A pair of slippers I received free with the purchase of pyjamas I bought three years ago at Christmas held up longer than these. They're pretty (the red) but I can't imagine how they aren't holding up better given the brand and the price.
