For home I thought it would have a lot of cushion in it. Feels like I'm walking barefoot I was looking for a lush slipper could go in or outside

The sole is very thin with no support. Some people may like this but personally I like a sole that feels like I'm not walking barefoot.

Sent them back. Soles were way thin, much worse than the earlier pair of UGGs we were replacing. The ones we ended up with were too fat in the sole. Why do companies have to mess with successful products?

They're really cute but they make your feet look wide, even if you don't have wide feet. Their semi comfortable.

I kept coming across these UGG's in ads until I finally caved and ordered a pair. The main reason I ordered them was because of the color. Unfortunately, the color is not as advertised. They are not "goat", they're light gray. They appear to be a beige/taupe color and they absolutely are not. I called customer service thinking they delivered the wrong color but turns out they were the goat. The lady I spoke to was very nice and sympathized with me but explained that the "professional lighting" of the photo make make them appear lighter (although all the other colors are the same) so buy beware. I wish I knew this from before because as I stated, the color was the main reason I purchased them. If you're looking for a home slipper though, these are comfy and warm!

I wear UGGs from October till February every year. I usually buy a new pair of boots and a new pair of slippers and sometimes more. These were so disappointing. Way too narrow my foot keeps slipping out and would not stay in. Have to return. Y'all used to have a pair that had little fuzzy balls in the front. It was a flat slipper that was amazing. I wish you bring back that. These new ones not so great.

I love the look of the slippers but they are sized completely wrong

I spent many hours trying to decide and research a mule styled slipper, from a semi ethical/sustainable brand (which UGG does fall into mid tier rating via "Good On You"). After reviewing so many companies, i decided to go with UGG because of their well know quality products and i felt like at least trustworthy about the quality since so many people rep them, where I didn't have the same confidence in other brands. I have not previously been an UGG stan. Well, they arrived and i was not impressed. I am a 7-7 and a half shoe and purchased a size 8 slipper. This is my normal size for any sneaker, slide, etc. The fur lining was soft, but so fluffy that it felt really uncomfortable and I had to force my foot in. It felt way too narrow and cramped. There is a possibility that they may have loosened up with wear but I wasn't willing to try that out and waste my money on something that didn't immediately fit. The upper was very nice, the brown color was rich, but I would say the actual foot base wasn't that comfortable, felt thin, and not worth the $ price. I think you are largely paying to be in the "UGG in group" and to rep the label.

I ordered the color Goat and it nothing like the picture. If you want a light gray slipper then this is for you. I am returning this item.

I love these slippers except that the backs are already worn (no fur) after use for one month. Ugg quality I've come to expect is not up to par on these.

I really wanted to like these and keep them, but they are so thin at the bottom. There's no support and they hurt my feet. Returning for a pair with thicker bottom.

I loved my slippers at first but the inside fluff wore down on the heels in no time. I've only ever worn them around the house evening and weekends, not like I'm in them 24/7. I've always believed in buying quality even if it means paying more as they're to last. For the price I paid, this was really disappointing

Wonderful price, amazing shoe but fell apart after a couple years. Purchased for my girlfriend. She loved the slipper but after a couple years the undersole and fur began to come apart.

I got these as a gift a year ago and they look years old. My lands end slippers held up way better than these, even though I never wear these outside and the lands end ones have been in rain/snow/etc. The fur is completely bare in the heel after a year and the color faded a lot. I honestly would rather a dupe as the others I had seem to last longer.

I had purchased a pair of UGG boots several years ago for my then teen daughter. Her boots were very durable and to this day still intact, in great condition. Tired of cold feet, I decided on UGG slippers. However, when I first purchased these slippers I was unaware that these were not the same UGG as those made in Australia. It was not until the lining started to wear thin and paint started to come off in less than a year that I began to research. Now I know. I loved the look of the slippers and they did keep my feet toasty warm throughout the winter. But my expectation was they would last a few years. This will not be the case. If you are looking for the same quality product as the boots head over to the other website.

After I received the slippers after years of purchasing, UGG products, I am highly, highly disappointed. They have changed the materials that the UGG slippers are made of. They are cheap recycled "eco-friendly" materials that feels cheap and are cheap. The outer sheepskin is not firm (very thin) and not as tough against water or scuffs like previously. The sole is a cheap hard plastic, it's awful. The quality with these UGG slippers is lacking incredibly, but the prices are the same which is appalling. Do not buy! Cheap all around!

Only wore these for a few days until the plastic strip in the middle front of the shoe began to tear and break. Super comfortable but expected better quality for the price.

These shoes are warm, but the sole is super thin and wears out quickly. I've had these for maybe 2 months at most. I wouldn't buy again

These slippers were great at first. After wearing for a month around the house the fur started to fall out. I sound like an elephant walking around in them because the sole is so thin, overall would pick a different style.

Do not use.

Yeah, these feel worse than walking barefoot on my tile floors. I'm really disappointed to be honest. I was excited and anxious for them to arrive - then sad and let down when I put them on. Maybe if you care about cuteness over comfort, these would work for you.

I received these as a Christmas gift and they were perfect. They were pretty and the color was vibrant. They were so comfortable that I forgot I had them on several times, I'd end up at the store or gym in them on accident. About 2 months in, the shearling material on the sole started to come up and my feet were on raw material and not the shearling. I was so disappointed and I felt weird about it. I had a sibling that also has the exact same shoe and they said they had the same issue. Luckily, Ugg has a warranty so I sent them back in May. That's only 5 months for $100+ for a pair of slippers. I don't mind the price if they last but 5 months was so disappointing. Please fix the quality issues, these slippers are too cute and have a nice price tag.

I absolutely loooooove Ugg shoes/boots! I absolutely love these slippers; however the slippers are not even a month old and they are falling apart! The seem on top the shoe is literally cracking all up- and they came with a dark mark on the top of the left slipper
