They are nice however they should be more plush after all they are uggs

The footbed of the shoe does not have enough support and cushion. I feel like, over the years, the quality of the Scuffette has gone down. The Scuffette does not feel like you are walking on clouds :(

I should have purchased the Coquette again. It has more support.

the slippers are not as comfy as I expected them to be.

I bought the Scuffette as a gift, the product was fine. However, I paid $10.00 for a gift bag, upon arrival my package was crushed and my gift bag damaged. Quite disappointed.

Had to order them twice. I'm not sure why but the first ones never showed up. The second ones came very quickly just a month after I had originally ordered the first ones.

I'm giving these 3 stars because of the sole. My original UGGS have a thicker some and perhaps I simply ordered the wrong style... I need more support and these have Zero However the fit is perfect and they are soft...

I love the slipper, the bottom of the slipper doesn't look like it's being used even after few years. But the inside with the fur, lost the fur after about a year and now it just has patches of the fur where my foot is probably not rubbing it. So no fur under heel and under ball of foot. I still love the slipper it's just not as warm and comfy without the fur.

These are very nice looking but not as comfortable as I would of liked for a pair of slippers.

The slide on slippers come off. You have to basically work your toes to try to keep them on. I am trying to return them and even trying to get in touch with someone is a hard time. I can't return them because they haven't updated shipping status in 2 weeks.

Replacement not available in a larger size and exchanging for another style became impossible. Returning item for refund.

I had a $20 coupon that I used towards the purchase of these slippers and was so excited to receive them. My excitement didn't last long. When I received these slippers and tried them on they were much too long and much, much too wide. The slippers also have absolutely no support. Since my feet are flat, I would not be able to wear these slippers for very long without experiencing pain. Unfortunately, I had to return the slippers.

The upper leather and sheepskin lining are excellent. Unfortunately the bed of the slipper has relatively no padding or support so it's very flat footed and uncomfortable to walk around in.

I gave this 3 stars mainly for the bougainvillea color. Bought two pair so I alternate them and the integrity of the soles on each were impaired at about 4 months. I work full time 12 hour shifts so I'm not walking in them at home all day. They are reportedly 17mm sheepskin insoles but it appears per the picture to be wool adhered to mesh. I used to replace my previous UGG slippers annually and never saw this problem. Something changed with the quality for the worse. Also received a pair labeled 7 but when compared to the second pair in the order it was clearly smaller. Had to reorder and return for a refund. Quality control issues are very apparent.

About 15 years ago I purchased a pair of shearling slippers from an Eddie Bauer outlet store. This was before I knew about the brand UGG. They were fabulous. Luxuriously deep fleece, and they lasted for years. I've wanted a pair like them ever since. In the meantime, UGG's came to my attention and I thought my next pair should be from the brand that was held in such high esteem. I'm sadly disappointed in the quality. The fleece is not nearly as dense, deep and cushioning as my Eddie Bauer pair. Overall, I think almost all brand quality has declined, even the best. I'm sorry to have to leave a poor review.

Bought these as my wife's first pair, since I've always liked each of my 4 pairs that I've had over the years, but was very disappointed to find that the women's version of the same UGG Slipper/Scuff has a rubber type sole/bottom verses the softer/less abrasive felt type sole/bottoms.

These are beautiful slippers however, they don't have enough support for my feet. They're not as comfortable as others I've purchased.

The slipper was difficult to keep one my feet, and I had to drag my feet to keep them on. Unfortunately I could not size down to a nine as my feet were very nearly falling off the back. I have returned them for the Coquettes, which have a much more substantial sole. For reference, I usually wear a 9.5 and got a 10.
