Would be really nice slippers if one of them would not have a bold spot in the fur right in the front.Would be nice of UGG send me a little partial refund for that issue since you sent me obviously not 100% good quality product. I keep it only because too busy to mess with return or exchange.

The shoe was nice, only it didn't fit comfortable, to small. I will need to return, or exchange.

They are really cheaply made, not worth the money!

Love the slippers. Was really looking forward to the color Goat but the look nothing like the photo. They are a light grey with light grey fur. Disappointing but they are comfy.

Very comfortable slippers. Had them for a year and the inside fluff is starting to come out but other than that I haven't had any issues with them. I plan on purchasing a second pair here soon

They're so pretty and comfy, but I can't move around in them. I need backs on my slippers! Oh well

Loved these shoes! Got them for my birthday in March. I noticed chunks of fur were coming out randomly and finally I looked closely and there are bald spots all over the sole of the shoe. AFTER ONLY ONE MONTH. I have had many different uggs and this has never happened-even ones I've had for over 10 years. Super disappointing.

I've only had these about 3 months and the fur is already worn off on the bottom.

I love these slippers but after receiving for Christmas less than 3 months ago, the material inside has flattened out substantially and has bunched in couple spots so it feels like you have something in your slipper. Also, the strip down the centre has begun to erode in the left slipper.

I love the Ugg Brand but this scuff is disappointing. After a few wears it becomes very flat and offers no support at all. The best features are the color and the softness of the fur.

I love the slippers, however they have streached so much I can't wear them. I contacted y'all several weeks ago and am still waiting for the UPS return label so I can exchange them for a smaller size. I am very old and am homebound so that's the reason I need a UPS label as I cannot get to a post office. s

I've only been wearing them for about a month and the top leather seem is already cracked and looking more like plastic than leather...which I'm kind of bummed about because they are too expensive to already be falling apart. And leather shouldn't do that...

I purchased these metallic Ugg's to wear at my daughters wedding reception ( towards the end ). I bought a size 9 which just barely fit (I'm a 9 1/2 and probably should have gone with a 10). I ended up gifting them to my daughter. Also I own a pair of suede Ugg's which are much more Cushioned than these metallic ones. I'll Stick with the older version!

Very soft looking, but not as much cushion on the inside sole. I should have waited for the other ones, that were sold out, but I needed something ASAP. Patients is not my virtue. Lesson learned

My daughter loves your slippers and boots!!!!! Though they are overpriced by about 50 percent, they are still nice slipper and boot. One cortisol is that you do not add enough padding cushion inside the slipper and boot as once the fur smashes down the inside sole is a bit "hard" on the soles of bare feet. You should also offer half sizes as a seven is just too perfect and the heel of the foot is on the edge of the slipper....

Excellent quality however after worn a few times they stretched out. So unexpected. I would have sized down knowing that.
