These slippers are certainly pretty and fluffy as shown and described. However, the sole is the thickness of an insert. They are scuffs and offer no support. Which is fine for cozy living use. BUT…. what really disappoints me is the shiny cheesy vinyl cord/seam right down the top center of the shoe. In previous years and other styles that was stitched. They look like KMart knockoffs because of that.

the shoe is good material but it looks goofy its long in the front and the fur is close to ur ankle so it looks like clown shoes. its really narrow

They got discolored within a few days of wearing them. Wish they didn't happen but otherwise they are good slippers for around the house.

The slippers were good, as expected. I paid $30 for next day shipping, but it took 4 days. Given that it is 2025, I feel that this is an intentional grift.

Shoes is much longer going toward the toes of the shoe then showed on photo. Definitely meant for inside use.

I wanted to love these however, they are not as comfy (padding-wise) as I hoped. Everything is made with quality materials and that's why I purchased Uggs. However, I don't want to settle for less and will be returning them. Back on my search for the best slippers!

I ordered exactly what our daughter wanted and the length was good, but it was super tight on her foot. So I opted to return it and we would just find the right one at some store. I took it to UPS and following the return directions I Ended up paying $30 to return them because that was UGG's requirement. I basically paid half the price for slipoers that I will never wear. This will be the last time I order from UGG.

This is the second pair I've gotten with a month. I swap for a new pair thinking it was a bad pair with a slight defect,but no these new we're delivered Dec 13 today is December 16 and they look like crap.There are cracks on the front on the slippers. To say these are almost $100 house slippers I thought I was going to get my money worth. I'm very disappointed i really like uggs brand but they drop the ball with this design.

The quality of this slipper is okay. For wearing around the house they are fine but I don't think they are going to last very long. I got a size 9 and they fit just right and I regularly wear a size 8. So size up.

I live in PA so I have all seasons. I brought a pair in 2022 and worn them from Dec to April (5month) and they did not hold up well. The line down the front has a cracked. I spilled little sugar and flour on them from making cookie that wont come out with the UGG kit. After the first 5 months the sole looked a little worn. For the amount I spent I would expect them to hold up longer then a pair of slippers I can get at any department store for less then 1/4 of the price. I gave them a 3 because they are the warm.

Ordered Black robe & Black slippers . Slippers were Black but robe was gray. Kept slippers and returned gray robe to exchange for black to match the slippers . Had to return a 2nd time! Still got gray robe. I finally gave up. Kept gray which does not match the slippers.

This "Goat" color gray is much darker than it looks on line. I was hoping it was the color pictured. It's still good quality and I kept it because it was for a birthday gift and I didn't have the time to exchange it before the party.

I'm a size 8 in women and when I bought there I bought a size 9 but they're still to small so I recommend going a while 2 sizes bigger. Now I have to go out of my way to rxchange them .

They are cute and fuzzy like the picture but disappointed with the color. They are a light grey, I bought GOAT which is like a sand color. I went into the color options for an exchange and notice grey isn't an option. So the dye must have been bad or too dark for this set.

I thought these were so cute but they just weren't for me. I wear a 10 and I should have ordered a 9. They kept slipping on my feet as I walked, I ended up returning them.

My first pair I had for 8 years and had no problems other than the fuzz inside getting flat. My new pair that I recently got for christmas already looks worse than my first pair. The fuzz inside is disappearing and in some spots there is just leather. I'm very disappointed because I really loved these slippers.

I have worn these house slippers daily for about 5 years. My first pair lasted 4 years and started to wear out so I bought a replacement pair in December 2022. I started noticing chunks of fur coming out from the footbed after the first couple months of use and by the end of a year they are completely worn out on the footbed with only about half of the fur remaining under the arch of my foot. The rest of the footbed including the heel, ball of my foot, and under the toes is bare. The outside of the slipper and upper footbed still look basically brand new. The quality that I used to enjoy from Uggs is definitely not there today. I have a pair of original tall Ugg boots that I’ve worn for at least the last 12 years and they’re still in great condition, I wear them all the time. I called Zappos customer service to ask about a quality guarantee and they said they can’t refund you for normal wear and tear. The agent suggested that I call Ugg and maybe buy my next pair from them if they will guarantee the quality for a period of time. She said Zappos does not do that. I went ahead and placed a new order from Ugg’s website and if these wear out again in less than a year, I’ll have to find a new favorite slipper.
