Love them! So warm and cozy. They do run a bit small...I usually wear an 8 but the 9 fits perfectly. There isn't a lot of support in the footbed but they are perfect for wearing around the house. Also Zappos service is the best around!

Love the slippers. I did get a full size larger and they fit great. The bottoms are not that padded, so if you want plush padding do not get these - but the rest is great.

Nice style. Flat sole without much padding. I'm returning this pair and keeping the cushiony slippers from another brand.

I'm partial to Roos and they discontinued making them. In my quest to find the new "perfect" slipper I bought these. They're fine. They're warm. They're comfy. But they're not Roos. A good second choice.

This slipper was exactly as I expected. Its very comfortable and keeps my feet warm. However, based on the other reviews, I ordered one size up and I'm glad I did since these seem to run on the smaller side. There isn't much arch support, but I knew that before I made my purchase. I only wish there was a little more cushion. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend these to anyone looking for a comfy, cozy slipper.

I received these as a gift in the Shadow Grey color. They do run quite small so the usual size 7 that I wear was what my friend ordered for me. They were too small so I called to exchange them. They were out of stock of the Shadow Grey in size 8, so I ordered Espresso instead. I really love them. They are super cute and really warm, soft & comfy. Calling customer service to make the exchange was beyond easy. I definitely recommend getting a size up if you order these.

Great slipper, and very comfortable. This shipped right away and was very impressed with speed and quality of Zappos return policies.

Attractive (less bulky than similar styles), very comfortable, practical for relatively sedentary, short-term wear, quick to slip into when getting out of bed). As others have mentioned, does tend to slip off in active, extensive walking (possibly dangerous on stairs).

I wasn’t in love with these slippers at first and felt I’d spent too much. I generally don’t like slippers with hard soles. However, after wearing them for a month, I love them! I look forward to slipping them on when I get home from work and in the morning when I get up. They are so comfy and warm! My only complaint is I can’t wear them to bed. As other reviewers mentioned, order a size larger.

I bought these UGGs for my mother as a birthday gift, and she loved them. She cannot say enough about how comfy and warm they are this cold winter. The most remarkable part about my Zappos experience was how easy customer service made it for me to exchange the original pair I sent her, which didn't fit quite right. When I called in to report the issue, customer service was very efficient in sending out a new pair immediately and providing me with a return slip for the wrong pair. One day later, she had her new slippers...Thanks, Zappos!

Gray is darker than it appears online. Order a size up; this style runs small. Sole is sturdy enough to wear outside, but lacks cushioning.

Needs more support - This slipper is very cozy and warm, the look is great, however the sole is a bit thin for my liking. It's great for people who like to walk around barefoot, as there's only a strip of leather and some fuzz between your foot and the floor. Personally I like a better cushion.

So cozy! These slippers are some of the softest things I've ever worn. The shearling has a silky quality that you don't find with other brands (and if it gets matted down, you can just fluff it up). I never thought I would spend this much on slippers, but this pair is great quality and should last for many years; since I was buying a new pair of cloth slippers every year, they will probably be cheaper in the long run!

Very comfortable house slipper. I prefer this model having gone back to it after trying another Ugg one, with the plastic sole. Just great to slip-on at night and wears well.

Due to a medical condition my feet always feel frozen and this slipper brings comfort and warmth.

Ugg Scuffette - Nice, warm, cozy slipper, true to size. I expected a little more "cush" on the footbed, but overall, would recommend this slipper. Great for lounging around the house.

Very comfy - These are great slippers. They are super comfortable. My only complaint is that they look a little squished when you put them on, but otherwise a great buy.

Beware -- sizing not the same as Ugg Boots!! These slippers are great, however I was deceived into thinking that I would just buy the same size as my 2 pairs of UGG boots, but I am disappointed because they run small. I cannot return because I wore for 2 days around the house, hoping they would stretch a little with no luck... I just have to bear with them being little small.

Comfy - Very cute shoe, versatile and great to wear around the house. I thought the sole would be a bit thicker but otherwise, it's very nice.

Comfortable - True to size. So very soft inside. Good quality. Very warm and very, very comfortable. I love them. Would buy them again.

Slipper - I ordered this slipper with one thought in mind...it was not confining. I was going in for a scheduled c-section and during my previous one my feet swelled tremendously and I could not put a shoe on. This was perfect, although very warm.

Uggs that are a bit snug - I ordered Ugg Scuffette slippers which I love but found to be a bit snug. I've been wearing them hoping that they will stretch, which they have, but I would order a half size up next time. That's the disadvantage of ordering online. I suppose I could have returned them but that's such a pain to do that I'm keeping this pair even though am not 100% satisfied.
