I have been ordering for Zappos for a couple of years. I will only order from Zappos when I am purchasing shoes. I have mostly purchased UGG shoes that have been difficult to find in the stores in my town. Zappos is so easy to order from and they are extremely helpful should you have any questions. The shipping is great and I have never had an issue with returns. Zappos is an exceptional company! I recommend it to everyone who inquires.

I bought these UGG slippers for my wife to replace a pair that had worn out. The slippers are great! Just what we were looking for. I couldn't be happier with Zappos either. The price was right and the service was super. Yes, I'll buy the slippers from Zappos again when these wear out!

These were for a Christmas gift for my daughter, and she said she absolutely loves them. She has two pairs of UGG boots too.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. She loves them. They are cozy, but only complaint is that there is no arch support. This is typical for slippers but just a heads up!

I wanted comfortable slippers for Christmas and was surprised to see that I got these Uggs in chestnut. I couldn't wait to slip them on, but was a bit disappointed only because it had a snug fit and the sole is hard for like outside wear. I guess I wanted something more "cushiony", but these would be great to slip on in the morning to drive the kids to school. I'm hoping over time, they will stretch out. Do order a size up in these, unlike the Ugg boots. As always, Zappos service is the best!

I purchased these for a Christmas gift. I own a pair of Ugg house shoes and wanted to buy someone else a pair to enjoy. I already knew the excellent quality & comfort of this shoe. But I would like to add that I was super impressed with the delivery! I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived at my door on Monday. That is what I call service!

Love these slippers! They keep my feet nice and cozy, just what I would expect from Ugg! I would definitely order a size up though; normally I wear a size 6.5, in classic Ugg boots it\'s a 5, but in these slippers size 7 fits perfect. Even if they feel a little tight at first, keep in mind that the shearling does pack down with repeated wear and therefore the fit will become looser.

I bought these for my mom. Fortunately, I took the advice of several other people and went up a size; they fit her perfectly. She loves them and has declared them her "absolute favorite of all time." Several other people have complained about the lack of arch support; get real, it's a house slipper not a hiking boot.

Just what I was looking for. We live in the great Northwest which is quite chilly in the winter. These are perfect. My feet are always toasty even with the open back. My Ugg boots are an 8, but I have these in a 9.

My UGG Slippers - I love my slippers. Here is a heads up...I wear a seven, and my UGG boots are a seven. Therefore, I ordered these in a seven, but they were too short. I had to return them for an eight. The return policy is terrific here. No charge.

Warm and Comfy! They look good, feel good, and keep you toasty! Great slippers although people do wear them outside.

Most comfortable slipper ever! These slippers are so warm and so comfy - if I'm @ home they are on my feet! I wear an 8.5, but wear a 9 in these. They were a little narrow at first (I do have a wide foot) but quickly stretched - now they are perfect.

Ugg Scuffette - Great slipper, I wear them all the time in the house. Constructed well and keep my feet very warm.

Warm & Cozy! I love these slippers!! I searched, and searched for these and every store was sold out in my size, but Zappos saved the day and with speedy fast delivery even during the holidays!

Ugg Slipper - This Ugg slipper is the best...warm & comfy. I can't imagine a more comfortable slipper for winter.

So comfy - Great indoor slipper/shoe. Very warm and comfy. Only problem was I needed a larger size than what I normally wear. I would recommend a size up, especially if you are in between sizes.

Took some getting used to... but love them! This was my first pair of ugg slippers and I have always worn the thick foam fuzzy type slippers. It took a week or so to get used to not having more cushion underfoot and the tag that's sewn in where the heel sits was a little bothersome at first. However, after having worn them now a month, I do find them to be very cozy! I found that the size I needed is true to shoe size, I usually wear an 8.5-9 and ordered the 9 and the fit is perfect, keep in mind they will feel pretty snug at first, but now mine have stretched and shaped to fit my foot perfectly.

Most comfy slipper! These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned! I can't wait to put them on at the end of the day. I wear a 9 1/2, and initially ordered a size 9 (which was too small in the width and length) - the size 10 fits perfectly, although the first few wearings they felt a little snug - once the lambswool inside conforms to your foot, it was a perfect fit.

Everything I hoped they would be - I debated spending more money than I normally do on house shoes. I am so glad I did. They are great and so comfy, I don't want to take them off.
