I am very sad that I had to return these slippers. On the inside the slippers are lined with fur everywhere EXCEPT right on the heel. This leads to an imbalance in weight distribution and my heels were in pain standing in these slippers almost immediately. It feels like your heels are set into a hard surface while the rest is soft. It's the weirdest placement for a label ever, and it ruined this product for me.

Seems the sheepskin is wearing off the heels again! Must not be very good quality sheepskin. Only been worn for a week or two before this started happening.

Only used them inside the home and they still were damaged on the front of the shoe.

These are non-supportive and like other reviewers stated (which I apparently ignored) the quality is sub-par and flattens within hours. These are good if you are sitting and just need to warm your toes. They are uncomfortable to wear if you plan on walking and I mean just walking to the kitchen, bathroom, etc., don't even think about wearing these for more than a few minutes at a time. Never again UGG. What happened? I have been buying UGG's for 40 years, gimme a break! I have UGG boots that I have worn 10 years that are in better condition than these slippers I have had less than a month. If you must purchase, for reference, I wear 8.5 in most shoes and a 9 in boots. Purchased size 9. Will donate these to Goodwill and buy another brand.

I have bought these before same size and this time they don't fit they are small and uncomfortable

I slipped my feet into a cozy, warm comfortable feeling slipper, then took a step and felt like I was walking on a sidewalk. There appears to be no support or comfort built into the heel and sole of these slippers. I have plantar faccitis and other issues and have been able to find some slippers which accommodated my problem. I was very disappointed. I wear UGGS all winter and am experienced with the brand, which appears to be cutting corners, along with the rest of the world.

I received these as a Christmas gift and actually only started wearing them about 3 weeks ago and the fur on the heel has already started balding. I only wear them around the house so this slipper costs way too much for them to not withstand normal use, especially in only 3 weeks.

I'm addicted to all UGG products, so I figured let's try some slippers. I wanted some that I could slide in to that would also be soft and comfortable. These are FAR FROM COMFORTABLE because you're feet are so close to the floor and there's not enough cushion to keep you from feeling as though you're walking without shoes altogether. I tried to take a photo that shows how thin the "fluff" is.

The sole feels like timbered, uncomfortable. You don't feel anything. You can't do gentle moves like always, all the time you have to rise the foot up totally because the sole like wood, doesn't bend. Totally disappointed.

I'm confused how Ugg could make a slipper with zero cushion under the heel?? They look cute, but are not comfortable. For this price, I should've gotten something different.
