So disappointed...These are not made like my old Ugg Slippers that I love but are looking rather ratty. I’ve tried 2 different styles and neither have worked. I sized up since that was the suggestion of many, but these felt too big and awkward. These feel flimsy and the bottom is very thin... My old Uggs, also the slip on style, have a thicker bottom & provide more support. These make you feel like your feet are directly on the floor with no shoe in between to cushion your feet ... I guess I need to move on to another brand for slippers as I’ll be returning these as well. The brand has gone downhill...

Very disappointed in these slippers. They are horrible. Useless sole. No cushion on the inside and forget about arch support. For $85 I expect comfort and cush. Not at all with these. Don't waste your money.

I would never buy these again. The footbed has zero padding. Almost immediately the "fur" on the inside of the slipper started balling up. I've pulled off so many uncomfortable balls under my foot there's little of the "fur" left. I have to clench my toes to walk across the room or I'd walk right out of these. Why I kept them is beyond me. I should have sent them back immediately.

First of all, the color is way off. Pink crystal is not a powder baby pink. It just looks like a pink that got run over by a tire multiple times. Second of all, like a lot of other people mentioned, there is no cushion and the insole is super thin. I could tell it will wear out super fast. Third of all, sizing is off too. Way too short and narrow. What's with used-to-be-good brands becoming mediocre these days? Are they all going to the same crappy manufacturers? This is just like how restaurants cut the serving portion while keeping the price the same or increasing it to make bigger profits. You shouldn't cheat your customers like that. UGG Fail.

I purchased these scuffs on January 30, 2019. The "cozy UGGpure wool footbed" has worn down to the backing in less than 3 months. What??? I have worn these slippers for years and they usually last at least three years, not three months! At this price, I won't be purchasing another pair. I'll look for another manufacturer.

I have had at least 3 pairs of these Ugg Scuffettes for many years and was expecting the same quality of my recent purchase but I was so disappointed. I found the wool shearing to be so thin compared to any Ugg boot or slipper I've had before. In the past the wool was so thick it actually took a few days for my feet to adjust to my actual size. And then they were so comfortable -- like your feet were wrapped in a perfectly-shaped, just-for-you wool cloud and, oh, they were so warm! These new slipper have the opposite feeling. My feet are floating around inside! What happened, Ugg? What did you do? So sad! I am returning and looking for an alternative brand.

My sis in law bought these for me as a Christmas present, knowing I'm pregnant and need some nice slippers. They felt terrible. No cushiony footbed, like you would expect from high end slippers that cost a fortune. Also, they were way too tight on my toes. Like, they fit too narrow. So, my heel hung off the back a bit. I politely told her they didn't work and she just gave me the money for them. Went to target and found some that looked very similar, but felt way better, on clearance. So, there ya go.

I hate these slippers, but they were a gift, so I could not return them. They have no support at all, so while they are warm, they are uncomfortable. I have to shuffle around when I wear them on hardwood floors because they come off very easily. They are worse than being barefoot in terms of comfort. Plus, I just think Uggs are ugly.

Try the Dakota -- it's way better. The sole on these scuffs is like a board! It doesn't bend. Very uncomfortable. They have been returned.

I ordered these slippers based on their high level of customer reviews. However I was very unhappy with them and have to return them. I like a slipper that is comfortable to wear around the house but these are anything but. They do not have any cushion giving you the feel of wearing fur covered cardboard.

Horrible investment - I never write reviews, but I felt so strongly against this model, I decided to write one. I own Ugg boots and they are extremely comfortable. This shoe did not feel like an Ugg shoe at all. The sole was as thin as cardboard but felt like wood. It was hard, inflexible and extremely uncomfortable. The inside was not as soft as I had expected either. I am returning the shoe.
