I have always worn store brand boots until my husband got me a pair of Uggs for Christmas (classic short). I was hesitant to keep them but did. So far, they are very comfortable. And they are much warmer and more padded than the store brands. Hopefully they will hold up well.

Great boots! Got a recommendation from a phone agent regarding the right size to pick. I'm an 8.5 Wide (D) and purchased a size 8. Out of the box, they were a perfect fit and boy are they warm. I live in Chicago and these boots keep my feet warm in negative wind chill weather. The only downside that I've noticed so far is that they can be a little slippery when walking on packed down snow & ice.

These boots are extremely comfortable and warm. I will definitely be purchasing more pairs of Uggs in the future!

These have to be the most comfortable boots I have ever purchased. I purchased both Black and Sand. I love them both! I'm usually a size 8 1/2..sometimes a 9. An 8 fits me perfect in these boots.

Good purchase

These are very cute. The color is nice too (SALT), but i knew when I bought them that I would have to be careful. They do clean easily unless you wear new denim jeans that rub off on them. Denim dye is difficult to get off. Now they look more vintage and still very wearable.

I wear these around the house, out shopping and pretty much anytime I can find an excuse to wear them. They feel fantastic and I will definitely never be without a pair of Uggs. They're the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

My sister wanted the Navy blue short UGG boots. When she opened them on Christmas Eve it was awesome to see the one person who does everything for me finally smile beacuse of me. The boots are perfect soft on the inside and well made. However, she wore them on daty she didnt know would rain and they have been damaged ever since. The stain too easily and they became stiff.

I wore my boots on a trip to Washington, DC. They were very comfortable and kept my feet warm. I left on the first train at 6am and it was cold but my feet were not. When I reached Washington it was snowing mixed with ice. What a mess but my boots were very easy to clean. I just love them! I am glad that I made the purchase.

i have no negative comment about my UGGS.Was shcoked when i recived a pair for christmas. Wasnt exspecting any at all. First pair ever. For myself never had any interest. Glad i have a pair now.

Very fine boot. Comfortable and casual. Only shoe that has ever kept my feet warm. Wish these were less expensive.

I had a pair for less than a year and one ripped in the back. Contacted UGG and sent my pair back for new ones. Took less than 2.5 weeks. I am impressed with customer service!!! I missed them and am glad to have them back in time for our brrr cold weather. Thanks!!!

My granddaughter loves the blue color b/c it is her school color and no one at her school has "blue Uggs". It is her second pair and I bought the first pair at a co-signment shop and she wore them all the time. That was the reason I bought another pair. Even then she never wore them out. Passed them down to friend who had daughter with smaller feet and she has already asked to be line for the new ones when my granddaughter outgrows them. Expensive but she wears them at least 2 seasons. I have worn mine for 3 years and they still look good and I bought them used!! Everyone should have at least 1 pair of Uggs!!!!!

The first time I wore them with socks because I couldn't believe that they would be that warm but they are and I had to take off my socks at work. It took a little bit to get used to taking on and of a shoe without zippers or buttons but it was fine in the end. My feet are always toasty warm even in the most frigid of weather conditions. I waterproofed them with KIWI spray before I wore them and had no problems when it rained. I didn't play out side it the rain obviously but hurrying home, my UGGs were protected.
