I love my ugg boots. I purchased a pair in the Fall of 2013 and they ripped this past winter, unclear why- but they did. I was super upset but UGG exchanged them for a new pair without quesiton or any documenation. I just shipped back the original pair and they mailed out a new one. I am sooo impressed wtih UGG and though I loved my UGGS before this I will forever be an UGG customer. thank you!

My shoes ripped after my first wear contacted ugg and they sent me a pair ASAP!! I was pleased only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to pay for shipping you guys should invest in a prepaid label

These boots are comfortable, warm and easy to clean. My last pair lasted more then ten years and only gave up when the dog chewed one. I find no flaws in these boots. They are amazing to me.

I bought these for my father and asked how he liked his Ugg experience thus far. He says, "they are most excellent." He usually wears a 9.5 and went with the 10, which fit him perfectly. Mind you, he wears his Uggs around the house and minor outdoor excursions. I can tell he really likes them because recently, during the mud season, he ventured forth to our general store to pick up craft beer and was unafraid of the local people commentary. Normally he only wears Danner Canadians and L.L Bean shearling hunting boots. Every day, he takes his American made steel toe Chippewa logger boots off after work and walks around the house in the Uggs. He stated the only disappointment is that his Uggs are not made in the U.S.A.

We have been wearing Ugg boots for 28 years now. I just bought my brother a pair which replaced his original 28 year old Uggs. My kids first shoes were baby Uggs. We love them!

If I had to buy this product again....I would have bought the tall. These are a bit short for me. But they are comfy....between myself and my daughters....we own over 15 pairs of UGGS.

I love the short classic Ugg boots. If you're having trouble deciding which ones you want to get, I would recommend the grey short ones. Uggs can get dirty easily so I would recommend getting the protective spray from Ugg to conserve them.
