I bought a pair of uggs from another retailers website and wore them about 3 times before the back seam ripped. This is because my size is just a little tight until they brake in and then they fit perfect. I sent them back 6 months later when I finaly remembered to UGGS without any real receipt (the one i printed from other website could have easily been made and fake) and they sent me a brand new pair for free. So great customer service is an understatement. Also, they are soooo comfy and cute. My only complaint is they are too nice and if it's not really cold and I walk around alot, my feet can get uncomfortably warm.

I use this product on cold days. I recommend this to people who like cozy feet and need something cute to complete their outfits.

Love the Classic Short Ugg

I wear these barefoot and oh what fun that is! I wear them for slippers and outdoor shoes! When I finally wear them out I have to get another pair. It is a must have.

I'm 17 so I use my Uggs to be stylish but comfortable at the same time.

At first I ordered these in a 7, since I usually wear an 8 and I I have a pair of tall that I got in the 7 that fit snugly and perfectly once I wore them in. However, since I'm using these as slippers, I eventually went with the size 8 since I wanted them to already be looser and easier to slide into. If I was using them as regular shoes, I would have stuck with the 7.

I like tis blue uggs! Color is very nice, comfortable as all uggs are.

I just wish I bought these earlier....

These are my 8th pair. I have diabetic foot pain, and these have been about the only comfortable shoes I can wear. UGG boots are my go to shoe.

Great colors ! My boots stand out

I'm just waiting to get them for the price is got the others for. I really like them need them in all colors.

I have at least 10 pair of Uggs. I wear the all the time except at the office. They are super comfortable, stylish, and warm. I haven't any cons except probably not a good fashion statement to wear to a formal occasion with formal dress :>)

Uggs run about 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your normal size. I typically wear a 8.5 but in Uggs I wear a size 7. By the way, Uggs are best worn with no socks. They look great with skinny jeans, joggers, and shorts. The green pair are the perfect color for spring.

Beautiful blue with a matching blue sole. Exceptionally comfortable and warm. Best practice is to waterproof/stainproof your new pair before you wear them! I use UGGS "Sheepskin Water & Stain Repellent."

We ordered a different pair but they came with a stain so we sent them back for an exchange. Took about 2 weeks but we received the different pair we asked for and the difference was refunded to my card. Hassle free experience.

I love these boots! They fit a bit snug but I have narrow feet so it doesn't bother me too much. I love the color and the feel. They're soooooo comfortable!

I'm very nervous that the stiching is going to fall apart like the last pair I had.
