I ordered Uggs from Zappos for my husbands birthday. They arrived in 2 days and were the perfect gift! He loves them. Great service. And in a day when one pays exorbitant shipping charges on the smallest things....well this is certainly not the case. NO SHIPPING fees. Wonderful.

I love these boots. They are incredibly warm and comfortable. The only shortcoming is that as much as they are great for winter, you can’t wear them in the snow or rain or they’ll fall apart. I found that out with a former pair. But these really are amazing for cold, dry days. Just a sublime level of comfort!

Wore these boots at Kobblers Knob on groundhog day. Stood from 4am to8am in temperatures as low as 4 degrees worn with no socks. Wore a lot of different boots, these are the warmest most comfortable boots. They’re like walking in slippers.

I am actually writing this for my husband. He is a real man who never in my wildest dreams would own a pair of UGG boots. My 2 daughters and I have a pair. I actually started out with a pair of UGG slippers. They were too small. He asked if he could get a pair of boots instead. He absolutely loves them. Says they are the warmest and most comfortable things he has ever had on his feet. He even wears them on the road when he is doing his Ironwork. Now I just have to get my son in law to buy in. I am absolutely satisfied and pleased with the service I received from Zappos. I placed an order just a few days before Christmas for a pair of Ugg boots which were a Christmas gift. The order was sent late in the evening and I received it the second day after ordering. There was no charge for shipping (which I didn't realize any company would do)and the speed was unbelievable. The merchandise was as advertised at a comparable price. I am getting more wear out of my Uggs than anticipated with the snowy winter here. They are extremely warm, good tread and nice enough to wear to work on snowy days.

I ordered the uggs as a christams gift. I was very happy with how fast they arrived. The boots came completely packaged with all wrappers and stuffing in each boot. Husband was very happy with his gift.

Fabulous website! The first time I selected these boots they were out of stock. However, an option came up that asked if I would like to be notified via email when they were available. I selected yes. Less than a week later I was notified that the boots were now available. I went to Zappos.com and ordered the boots. Best part: No tax and no shipping fees!! I saved quite a bit by purchasing from Zappos! I ordered on Tuesday and received them on Thursday! Now that is fast! Great website and services. Easy to order, follow up is fantastic. They practically track your shipment for you with notifications and updates. Takes the worry out of wondering where your package is and when you'll receive it. I will continue to use Zappos.com!

This is a great pair of boots! They are attractive and comfortable! They require no breaking in. I put them on the first time and I wore them for several hours. They keep my feet warm even in cold temperatures. Many people have offered nice compliments about these UGG boots when I've worn them. Other companies could learn valuable lessons about excellent customer service from Zappos!

Easily one of the most comfortable things I've ever put my feet in! When I first put them on, they felt a little tight where the seam goes up and across the top of your ankle. After a few days, it goes away. Love these!

I heartily recommend Zappos.com. Service was awesome. I had the Uggs sent to my son in college. He recieved them with no issues and got exactly what we ordered at a great price. It was as seamless as I have ever seen with online purchases dealing with Zappos. Rest assured if I need shoes in the future that I will deal with Zappos. The Uggs are an incredible product and my son is extremely happy with them.

Awesome winter shoe! Runs a whole size larger than normal. I wear an 8 shoe, but get a 7 in Uggs. If your feet get too hot in them, wear socks to stay warm, but not hot. I have several pairs that I rotate and wear every day from November through March.

Hard to find size! Boots arrived promptly! This chestnut UGG Mens Classic Short is attractive and comfortable in a hard to find size 15.

Very comfortable and warm - Very comfortable and warm. I live at the beach where night time is damp and cold. Great on the sand or anywhere. Worth every penny.

All I'm Saying is Put your Feet in a Pair - These are the greatest things in the world. I wear my uggs everywhere. We've been having terrible snow in NJ and the boots have held up great. The company suggests you wear these with no socks, but I usually wear socks with mine just to make them last longer. I've seen these get pretty rank smelling with regular wearing with no socks. I also waterproofed mine as soon as I took them out of the box; I've heard they last longer that way in wet weather.

Surfer's best friend - These boots are a godsend for cold dawn patrols..I freaking love them. If you surf get them now!!!
