Shoemakers comment is that they receive frequently punctured UGG boots. Not possible to repair well. Waist of money to buy procucts like this.

Classic boot is actually really warm and comfortable but this pair's stitches were broken and therefore there was a hole in the boot.

The sole is not sturdy for snow/ice. It does not compare to the original Uggs.

Ordered this pair in same size as another style UGG boots already owned. This pair was too tight and small. We recently returned them and are awaiting a credit refund. Thanks.

I had a pair before and they were lovely, [...]then the two pairs of boots were odd yet boththe same size. One was too small and tightly stitched. The othr pair one part of the material in front was hard and the other boot was soft with hardly no sheep hair inside. Complete waste of money and i am so disappointed, i wouldnt order from here again.

and after that they are giving me the run around to exchange them.I'm very upset.

[...] Yes they're cute and comfy but I live in Finland and it's winter and there's a LOT of snow and I can't wear the shoes because they're very slippery. Guess I have to wait for spring to come..

These boots are not only warm, but comfortable and hold their shape. Looks great with jeans

This is my second pair of UGG boots. My first pair lasted for almost 20 years. This new pair, the wool on the inside of the boot started coming out in clumps after one month of wear. The wool next to bare skin is what makes the boot so comfortable. Very disappointing.

Hey! I bought a pair of Classic tall uggs in chestnut last year and they were amazing so I decided to buy another pair this week. I bought a shorter version in grey. I am so shocked at the difference between both pairs. My new pair looks fake! There is not the same width on the leg and I cannot even fit my jeans into my boots! The padding in this new pair isn't the same either-its more like fake padding compared with my other pair. I do not understand why? Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

I ordered these in grey from this website and I was SO disappointed when I got them. I have very narrow feet to begin with and these even felt tight. They felt fake, honestly. They were thin and very very lightweight. I felt like I could get the same ones in a store for like $20. I'll probably never order UGGs again. I went out and got another brand for the same price and they were a LOT better made.

I really don't like my short UGG boots at all. Not comfortable, not warm and very stiff. Would not waste my money on the boots again.

I bought these boots last year before Christmas. I had owned them for two weeks and the seam on the front of the boot ripped. I returned them and received a new pair. This fall as I was putting on my left boot, the back of the boot ripped, causing a hole in the boot. I am very upset with the quality of this boot. I paid a lot of money and to have the boot fall apart less than a year later makes me very upset. I wanted to buy another pair because they are so comfortable but I will probably go with another brand so I will not have this problem again.

I bought these for my son and within 1 week, they were torn on the outside of the left foot. The boot got caught on a school chair, and ripped. Once they ripped, the tear split very quickly rendering a [$] purchase wasted.I am a conservative shopper. When buying for myself, I shop bargains, and am not worried about name brands. I bought an off brand of boots (suede and wool - no synthetics - for 1/2 the price) and have no problems. Besides, as an adult, I'll probably have them for 10 years.Not impressed.

Buying this shoe was a waste of my time and money. When I first looked at these shoes i thought they were to die for. So I ordered these online. Once they got to my house I was so excited to open the box. I put them on my foot and one, it wasn't comfortable at once two, the sheepskin felt cheap and three, they looked like they were about to fall apart. So, basically i felt as if I wasted my money. That same day i gave them to my sister and went to [...] and tried on some Bearpaws. They felt like HEAVEN! So bought the Bearpaws which were super comfortable and stylish. Basically, what I'm trying to tell you people is that instead of wasting your time and money buying Uggs you should buy Bearpaws.

i have not had the pleasure of wearing my uggs yet, i had to exchange them for a larger size and still have not gotten the new bigger size back, its amazing how quickly they were processed when ordered, but, its taking almost an act of god to get them exchanged.

The UGG's I received had a flaw in the left boot. The lining in that boot was half as much as the right boot. Called, got them replaced but VERY surprised that these boots got through quality control. For the price that should have NEVER happen.

not reccomend this product because it's inconvinient to wear any time.

. Hi! I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore Ugg boots and have 2 pairs...But...I ordered the Knightsbridge in chestnut from [...] and wore them all winter long. They fit perfeclty,are warm & cozy & ARE REAL! The fur is thicke,(even after 4 month of intense wearing),the sole is not ripped and the color is the same.But...My mom went to [...] to buy a new pair of classic short Uggs in black.... And geuss what? The left Ugg is really black,had thick fur and is very comfy,but the right one seems worn out... It has a very fine fur lining(especially around the ankle area) and the color is more gray than black!!! The left one also feels true to size (after 5 days of wearing) and the right one is running waaay too big!!!!! Also,I noticed today same white stains around the ankle area!!!!If I could,I would definetly give them back and ask for some new ones(or at least the right one) but,As I live in Europe,that is pretty much impossible. I am very,very dissapointed with [...] and with my black Uggs...

Buying Uggs was the worst descision of my life.

I was really excited to get my first pair of Ugg boots at Christmas time. I had them for a month when I noticed a small hole in the top of the left boot. I called Ugg Customer Service and was told if I did the paperwork and sent the boots in that they would be replaced under warrenty. Today I called to see where my replacement boots were and was told that they would not be sending me new boots, they would actually be sending me a cheque [...] What a scam. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. And I never will myself again.
