We returned the boots because they had what appeared to be permanent marks in the toes of the boots. The marks resembled a hand print or fingers and we were not able to remove them by brushing the suede one way or the other.

I didn't like the color, it looked better on the website. Too big. Creased before I even wore it. Sent it back for an exchange.

Will be returning the boots. There is an opening in the seam on one of the boots. The thread looks frayed and weak. Continued use has the potential of enlarging the opening. Was very surprised to find this defect.

These boots are horrible. This was my first ever UGG boot. I was so excited to get them. I feel like I basically wasted my money. If only I would have kept the box, these things most definitely would have gone back. I wear a size 11 and bought the classic short boot. I am unable to get my foot down the shaft and in the boot. They should known that people with a foot that's size 10, 11 or 12, etc. obviously have longer feet and can't bend it to get their foot down into the boot. I'm so up[set that I'm out so much money. The design is just so poor for people with larger feet in my opinion.

I have been a fan of ugg for 6 years. I have previously purchased two pairs of classic short gray uggs with no complaints (just got worn out over time). However, this year I received another pair of gray uggs and they are totally different. In the past years the uggs have had a durable sole and a thick layer of fur. This year, the sides had a thin layer of fur, the sole felt flimsy and the boot itself just looked cheaper. I must say I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and have returned the pair I have just gotten. I will not be repurchasing another pair of classic gray uggs if the quality continues to be so bad. Overall, if you have a pair of uggs from two years ago, they are most likely nicer quality.

Ugg boots are cute, and comfortable...however, they do not withstand the Colorado "after storm" slushes, they can leak water (even after soaking them with water-resistant spray).

I can't even begin how to describe how disappointed I am with this UGG product! I have owned UGG shoes for 12 years - my original pears were well made and oh so comfortable- I decided to replace some of them. When I tried out the " new" model I noticed the new UGG pure material which feels just cheap - nothing like the plush goodness that I am used to. The insoles are not removable - it is basically furry " stuff" glued directly to the hard sole - no heel or arch support whatsoever. My old boots had a removable insole made from real sheepskin with at least a moderate amount of cushion and support. I did not notice on the first day how uncomfortable this would be until I wore the shoes for an hour straight -my feet are killing me - even a day later - and I am used to standing and walking all day - this was only one hour shopping - primarily my heel hurts ( and I don't suffer from any type of foot ailments!). Of course now the shoes are worn and I can't return them - so I retro-fitted my expensive UGG boots with gel insoles - what a shame! UGG - you have lost a loyal customer ... I ordered directly from this website and received authentic boots - that are worlds apart from the boots I bought years ago!

My granddaughter wore these once - it rained and they got wet and are now permanently stained and she refuses to wear them again. Do not allow these boots to get wet!

I have 7 prs. of Short & Long Uggs. Until this past order I have loved them all. The 3 prs I ordered & just received are too tight & too small. I am (female) a size 9 and because I've heard complaints about the newer Uggs being too small, I ordered the 3 in size 10, hoping I'd not trip in them. I am about to send the 3 prs. back because there has to be a mistake in all 3 sizes. I was barely able to squeese my feet into 2 prs. but no such luck with the 3d. I will send all 3 back. Ugg will have to vastly improve before I buy another pair or recommend these boots to others.

my daughter hasn't worn her uggs because she thinks they are fakes. She says they don't have the security tag in the left boot and the bottom is hard unlike the precvious 4 pairs of uggs we have purchased. I'm disappointed spending this money for something she isn't going to wear.

Relatively recent purchase. Seam at the rear of the boot split rendering boot useless. Sent back and was told they were not covered by any warranty. Company obviously does not stand up for its product which says a lot about how they view their customers. Would never recommend the Ugg line of products. Way overpriced for the quality they offer.

The product is good for wearing on your feet, but the reputation they uphold is UGGly. First of all, these boots are made of dead animals, which include cow, sheep, and worst of all, baby foxes. Animals for these boots are hung on shackles and are skinned alive to make UGGs, no matter what the company may tell you, their truth will never be said by them. Don't live with the guilt of having these boots and having to walk in animals. Remember, walk in shoes, not in another living being. Because the skin you're in when wearing these boots doesn't belong to you, because it isn't your skin. Please, do your best to boycott this horrid company from slaughtering animals to make tacky atrocities of boots.

I wish that the classic shorts were made like they used to be! I purchased my first pair in 2011 and that pair lasted me until 2013. I blew a hole in the top of my left boot and figured I had worn it for 3 full seasons and that it as worth the money to spend and buy myself a new pair. In 2013 I purchased a classic short (in the same black colour as my first pair) and within 6 months I got a hole in the left one. I figured maybe I got a faulty pair so I tried purchasing ANOTHER pair of classic shorts in 2014. Once again, I have a hole that showed up after about 6 months-9 months of wear (strangely enough, in the left foot again). I wish I could give this product a better review because I love UGGs. They are super comfortable and I love the way they look but unfortunately I cannot justify spending that kind of money on something that will not last.

I love these and have worn them solely inside as cold weather slippers (so very part time for the 2 years I've owned them). The left toe has worn out quickly. I always wear socks, my toenails are trimmed, and the shoes otherwise fit just fine. Best I can tell, the suede at the front of the left shoe seems to be thinner than the rest of the construction.
