I bought a pair of classic black uggs about 4 years ago and they have been great. I didnt take care of them the way I should have so they were looking a little faded. So, I purchased a new pair to replace them. Awful idea. My new "classic" look nothing like my older pair. They are much looser on the top and around the ankles. They already are starting to look saggy - I have only worn them TWICE! But my older pair I've worn hundreds, maybe thousands, of times and they are still holding up. The fur isn't as soft either. The stitching is also much more noticeable on my new pair than it is on my old pair. They look cheap and poorly made. Which is such a shame. I own 6 other pairs of Uggs but probably won't be purchasing another. I'm very disappointed in the new "quality".

I haven't worn my new pair as of yet, so was difficult to answer all questions...I bought a pair 2 years ago & the top of the (L) boot it tore...I feel for the price that I shelled out, plus I sprayed them w/UGG weather protectant. I feel UGG should have taken care of this....trying them again.

I love UGGs and I want the best quality I can find so I ordered from UGG.com figuring this was the most authentic dealer. I WAS WRONG!!. The first time I placed an order my Classic II boots arrived dirty. The next time I gave UGG another chance my Classics arrived WRINKLED. Yes the whole shaft is literally wrinkled! If UGG can't get it right then who can?

CAN'T REALLY SAY SINCE UGG TOTALLY FAILED IN THIS CHRISTMAS GIFT.

They're comfortable of course but durable ? NO WAY. Wore the classic short brown uggs maybe ten times before packing them away in their box for the summer. Came back this winter slipped them on a pop, a huge hold on the left side emerged. I didn't even get to were them out more than ten times.

I was to use this product as a slipper for around the house wear, but because it was too small, I was forced t return it

I can't get my uggs on. I can't into the shoe part. Is there a way to stretch this area? My old uggs are fine but the new ones I can't even get on. I bought them for a trip and had to leave them at home.

The service was so bad, I had to call twice just to get the right shoe. The show itself is hard to put your foot in.

My wife took the boots out of the box and proceeded to put them on, and as soon as she did the seam on the boot ripped. the back seam split from the top almost down to the bottom. Not the best birthday gift I ever bought.

The boots broke when I was trying them on. Completely ripped in the back 3 days after receiving them. Unacceptable!

I normally wear my Uggs all the time. Normally they comfortable and warm. The neck of the boot is very narrow.

I wanted a pair of these for years. Bought some after Christmas and they faded on feet and legs! Didn't expect to pay that much for a pair of shoes and have them fade on feet and legs. Had to scrub with brush to remove the back dye! Total disappointment! Love the comfort and warmth, but NOT the dye on feet and legs! Ordered 2 more pair in another color and the suede was defective on one and the other was charged to my card, but never arrived!! No one emailed or notified me the shoes never shipped due to out of stock!!

I have tried 3 pair in same size in an attempt to find a single pair that fit properly. My attempts have been unsuccessful. All fit differently. No consistency, very disappointing.

I guess my opinion is the unpopular opinion... But, I bought these classic short boots in chocolate color. Let me just mention that I am someone who takes care of my things and appreciates what I invest on. The very first day I wore them, within a couple of hours of gentle use, the boots started to fold and wrinkle. That same day I took them off, and they looked like I've worn them for six months! The leather is flimsy and after 3 uses it tore in the toe area. Apparently, the warranty didn't cover tears that were not on the inseam. I had to keep them because I had no choice. They also get dirty very fast; maybe the black color is less visible to stains? These boots would work I guess if you don't leave your house. I guess they were made for lounging around the house and not outside. The price did not match the quality. These were my first pair of UGG boots and indeed my last.

I was able to wear the boots one time and they were extremely comfortable. I wanted to wear them agin a few days later and as I was putting on the boot it ripped by the ankle. This is very disappointing especially since Uggs are known to be one of the best brands.

This boot ruins so quickly. The skin of the boot got rough from barely being used. And even though I frequently sprayed it with the protective spray and washed them with the recommended washing kit, they still managed to quickly get tons of holes in them. Do not buy. Way over priced for what poor quality it is

I have a pair of Uggs that I purchased from you 10 years ago. They were awesome. This time I purchased the same size. They did not fit. I exchanged for the next size up. Still did not fit. I am now waiting for my refund. I am very disappointed with how they are made now. It appears you have to have pencil legs with tiny feet for these to fit right. My foot and legs are the same size as they were 10 years ago. These uggs are being cut way to small

We returned the boots because they had what appeared to be permanent marks in the toes of the boots. The marks resembled a hand print or fingers and we were not able to remove them by brushing the suede one way or the other.

I didn't like the color, it looked better on the website. Too big. Creased before I even wore it. Sent it back for an exchange.

Will be returning the boots. There is an opening in the seam on one of the boots. The thread looks frayed and weak. Continued use has the potential of enlarging the opening. Was very surprised to find this defect.

These boots are horrible. This was my first ever UGG boot. I was so excited to get them. I feel like I basically wasted my money. If only I would have kept the box, these things most definitely would have gone back. I wear a size 11 and bought the classic short boot. I am unable to get my foot down the shaft and in the boot. They should known that people with a foot that's size 10, 11 or 12, etc. obviously have longer feet and can't bend it to get their foot down into the boot. I'm so up[set that I'm out so much money. The design is just so poor for people with larger feet in my opinion.

I have been a fan of ugg for 6 years. I have previously purchased two pairs of classic short gray uggs with no complaints (just got worn out over time). However, this year I received another pair of gray uggs and they are totally different. In the past years the uggs have had a durable sole and a thick layer of fur. This year, the sides had a thin layer of fur, the sole felt flimsy and the boot itself just looked cheaper. I must say I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and have returned the pair I have just gotten. I will not be repurchasing another pair of classic gray uggs if the quality continues to be so bad. Overall, if you have a pair of uggs from two years ago, they are most likely nicer quality.
