I had to exchange the boot for a bigger size because it felt to small and tight all around and I just got the order back today and the length was fine but it boot was still very narrow and uncomfortable! I already have 2 pairs of Uggs and I love them but this style just doesn't fit well. My other two boots are also different sizes and styles so their sizing is not consistent!! I am now getting a refund because the sizes just aren't right!!

I was so happy to receive these in the mail but after only getting a few uses out of them I realized that the lining of the boots started ripping apart and fur would come out of the boot where the rip was formed. This is happening on both of the boots. Today I was going to wear the boots out for a casual day and as I slipped the boot on they completely ripped on the back side and exposed the white fur on the inside. These are my true size so sizing was not the issue. I payed a good amount of money for these boots and received something made out of cheap quality i don't know if it was a bad pair that was made but I have worn Uggs that have lasted me over 3 years in the past. I don't understand why this happened I take very good care of my boots. I had just bought these too around December of 2015. I am very upset with my purchase and I still do have the boots with me and took some pictures for proof. I would really love a refund or a better pair sent to me this is the worst shopping experience I've had with Uggs because I really expect good quality especially for the money that I am paying. The boots I received were a total disaster.

I've owned many Uggs over the years. Specifically the classic in varying heights. For whatever reason. This pair is extremely hard to put on, and even harder to take off. To the point where the main reason I ordered these (to wear to the airport) was problematic because I had to take them on and off for TSA screening. Overall I'm disappointed in the product which is shocking considering how long I've been wearing and purchasing Uggs. I don't have a wide foot or a high instep either. What gives?

So sorry these did not work! I love the look, but I have such a high in-step, that I struggled to get my foot into them. Also, they were so hard to get off. I am so disappointed, as this was my first pair of UGGS and I really loved them.

To big not a proper fit

As an avid ugg wearer and a stan for these boots in the NYC cold weather months, I'm extremely disappointed with my classic chestnut uggs. I feel as though I should have purchased in store but everyone knows the struggle of in store purchases. The uggs are a totally lighter color not chestnut at all when compared to my chestnut tall and older chestnut short ones. I didn't return them because I needed them for travel as my others were salt stained, however I would not purchase or recommend.

I have owned many Ugg Boots for 20 years!! I have always worn size 7 boots as well as slippers. These boots were absolutely too small. Too hard to get on my feet (and they are the low boots) and when they are on ~ they feel too tight. So it's possible my feet have grown but nothing else has changed so I doubt it. Just wanted you to know. I have ordered new ones in size 8. But I am concerned they may be too big. So we will see. But if they are too big....I will return them and not order any others. thank you, Wendy Carton

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with UGG boots. These boots I bought just a few weeks ago, and I am so disappointed that my boots got a stain on them from a small drop of soap that accidentally dripped on. I tried to very gently dab it off with water but instead of coming off, it stained the shoe and stripped the dye from that section of the fabric which now looks terrible. The sheepskin material is very delicate and very hard to clean without apparently ruining the boot. My brand new boots are now ruined because of a drop of soap that cost less than 1 penny. I also had a pair of brand new tall brown button UGGS in the past that ripped in Arizona and wasted a lot of money on them. I love the look of the boots but can't stand spending so much money on something so delicate that ruins very easily. I won't be shopping at UGG again because of the price tag and no exchange policy for easily damaged items. And I am a very clean careful person that takes well care of my wardrobe so it is a sad day.

I wasted my money. Definitely not what I expected. The boots are very hard to put on. I brought 2 pair around the holiday season, and only wore a pair once because of the struggle to get on. I would suggest everyone to not purchase. Don't get mislead like me.

I've been wearing Uggs my entire life and have most recently been able to stick with a Classic pair purchased around 2007 - yes, I made them last last long! The time finally came to replacement them, but I was sorely disappointed to find the ankle section so narrow that I couldn't bend my feet to even put the boots on. What gives?! And yes, I did try sizing up, which fixed the narrow-ness issue however the next size up was too long in the toe - kept tripping! I'd hate for Uggs to lose a customer of 20 years, but I guess that's what has to happen :(

can one boot be replaced for another without a spot? they were only days old, when something was spilled on the boot and cleaning made it worse.

I had a hand-me-down pair of the Classic Short Boot size 9 from my sister, they were well-worn and too big for me. I got a new pair for myself (size 8) but the boot opening was too small for my fat feet/ankles. The foot area looked like it would fit me, but I just couldn't get them on. So disappointing. I returned them and will try the Bailey Boot with the side button opening.

The same size 7, is now cut tighter and shorter. Unfortunately doesn't fit the same as last year.

Color was not what it looked like on the website. Very disappointed.

The inside stitching has fur sticking out everywhere

I have had my pair of these boots for about a year and half now. The seams are coming apart and there is a hole in the top by the toes. For the amount I spent on these, I did expect to have a hole in them!!! Very disappointed.

I wear a 4 E. In width. Thought these would be ok because they are soft. They are not. I am wearing them around the house for an hour a day thinking I will get use to them.

What has Ugg done to the wonderful REAL shearling lining? I never minded spending the money for your product, but now with the uggpure sock lining I will have to think more than twice. It actually made my foot itch, and I used to love not having to wear socks with my Uggs! There are copy cats out there for a lot less money that don't use shearling either, maybe it's time to give them a try. Seriously, for the amount of money that is charged, don't you think the customer deserves what you originally made and were known for??

I love wearing Uggs. They are comfortable and warm. I had previously expressed to my friends that I wanted to get a new pair (I had black ones and wanted another option) so for my birthday last December, my friends gave me a gift card to buy my new pair. Unfortunately, I ordered the Chestnut color, which I regret now. On the first day of wearing them, within hours, I dropped a tiny piece of food on the tip (it was a very small dot). Despite having sprayed the protector days before, the small dot turned into the need to clean the entire boot (as instructed by Ugg). Although I followed the instructions on the Ugg cleaner: allowing it to dry away from lighting and moisture, etc., the entire boot is now darker than the other boot, which has the original chestnut color. I am extremely disappointed that I only enjoyed my new boots for three hours and now have two different colored boots. I feel like I have to wash the clean boot just to be able to enjoy the same colored boots that will look old and very different from the original color. For the price, I feel that they should not stain/discolor so easily. I should also add that we called a local store that sells Uggs, and they suggested I buy the color to dye them back. Although the dye does not cost much, it is now another expense and I don't really trust that it'll look the same. I am truly saddened by this situation. Despite the experience, I would still recommend this product to anyone but only in the Dark Colors.

Bought some classic short uggs for my daughter's Christmas present; I was disappointed when they arrived and I noticed the stitching along the side of the right boot was showing.
