I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Uggs! I love the color and the comfort of it, BUT the only thing that negative about them is that I'm usually a 7.5 or an 8, and I got an 8, and unfortunately they fit me a little too big, so I suggest buyers get half a size or a full size smaller. But other than that, they're just RIGHT<3.

The boot is very comfortable and when I wore them without socks, my feet were very toasty! I wear a size 9 and it would have been too small with socks so I needed to exchange for a 10. I would recommend purchasing one size larger than your normal size.

My first pair had the lambs wool come out of the left boot heal area in less than 1 year. If you added up all the wearing time of that year it wasn't more than a 3 month period over winter. However, UGG replaced them even though I was over the warranty by 2 weeks. The replacement pair seems to be holding up. Have not had the lambs wool exiting the boot with my foot like before. The boots were a gift. I am very frugal and would never had spent so much money on one pair of shoes. So far they seem to be worth every penny. I wouldn't have thought this had UGG not stood behind the product they produce. At least, I hope I haven't spoken too soon. I gave it a 4 star rating due to the unquestioned and quick replacement of my boots.

I love my uggs! have my 1st new pair and LOVE them but i tried my sisters old uggs first(they were fake and we found out after we bought them. DONT SHOP ONLINE unless ur on trusted website) and they were great! Big bummer my mom bought a coach bag and she didnt want to use it any more so my cousin offered to switch it on a website and a lady said she'll trade it for brand new uggs.... the uggs were FAKE! they had the tag but it didnt have the silver thing that means they're real. i could tell when they came out of the box. the color was off and the sign was really big. we're trying to get our money back(hopefully we will) anyways uggs are great!

These are really cute shoes, but they ripped within the first 2 months, I exchanged them, much better!

I followed the conversion size chart so I ordered size 9 for women, however, it is too big ! The chart indicated 25cm, but actual size was 26cm. I am disappointed about it. When I order next time, I will do size 8, which is 25cm.

I love the comfort and durability of this product, however the color fades easily when using the cleaning product. I wish there was a polish or something to keep the color looking like new.

Very comfortable and like a friend it is easy draw for when you are on the run. I would recommend it to a friend. I also bought a second one as a gift for my bff. She loves it.

I would most likely go into a store to try on first, because it is really diffuclt putting on the right boot, once on they feel great!

I had my last pair of UGGs for over 6 years. I recently ordered a new pair and it you can definately they are more mass produced now. But I still love 'em :)

Worth the money. Very stylish. I get compliments on them often since they are rare.

I love Uggs this i my second pair Ive been dying to get. Unfortunately they were too big and I had to send them back :( Waiting for my smaller pair so I can sport them all season long!!!

I wear the boots almost every day. I love that they are comfortable and durable, so that I am able to wear them as often as I want to. The only thing I do not like is that the conditioner and protective spray seem to take some of the color away. I feel like they faded a little with that spray.

UGG Company was wonderful with replacement warranty. I was treated so well by customer service who led me through return procedure step by step. My new pair came very quickly. Thank you very much.

I love Uggs! They are very comfortable. They do wear in the toe area very quickly though, which is a let down considering the cost.

Since I've got them, I've worn them daily. I own another pair of UGGs that I received as a Christmas present in 2010; they were a size too big but I wore them anyways. These fit perfectly, they are comfortable, and pretty durable considering I bet the h3ll out of my shoes. The only thing is the dye of the fur stains your foot/socks. It's something I can look past though. I would definitely purchase another pair! I wouldn't expect anything less from this company!

size feels smaller than the boots I bought 3 years ago

When wearing them for the first time, I got a grass and dirt stain on then from walking a little in the grass. I was careful but still got the stains. I cleaned them and now I can barely notice it. These boots were extemely soft and fluffy. I always carry a spare pair of shoes while wearing these so if I have to go outside, I can keep my Sugars clean. 2nd pair of Uggs, I can't wait until I get more!

I love my uggs, I got them for christmas in 2010 and they are the grey classic ones. I got the waterproofing kit and it worked for one winter. This winter they got ruined! I'm getting the classic short black ones and expect nothing but the best!

I needed something warm to wear while sitting outside at soccer games. I do not think they are pretty, but they serve my purpose well.
