My last pair of UGG boots I wore absolutely every day for 12 years. They were thrashed by then, so I got this pair and they are wonderful. Nine (9) retail outlets could not provide the color and size I wanted, but that helped me figure out what to order. The online experience was quick and easy --- but cost more than retail. Else, I LOVE THESE BOOTS. Tried some alternates and copies and nothing can compare with the boot structure, and loft in the fleece. Only UGG can make an UGG boot, and these are wonderful.

I really appreciate how comfortable and casual these boots are. I wear them as much as I can, as they are one of my most comfortable shoes. The only con I have is that these stain easily. I'll have to determine the best way for me to clean them. Other than that, they're great!! I wear a 10, but I chose to get a 9 and they fit great. They were a little snug in the beginning, but after breaking them in on the weekend, they started to loosen up. They fit perfectly now.

Really enjoy my boots! I want to wear them all the time! They are really great when it is cold but can be uncomfortable when it's not too cold outside.

These boots are perfect for the cold weather, cute and casual look. Sometimes my feet either feel a little too cold or too hot in them though.

be nice if i could buy them from another country as cheaper including p&p like i did a couple of years back but my daughter wanted them for xmas so had no choice so had to buy at a higher price because i live the uk

I have been wearing uggs for a couple of years now and still love them. They are so comfortable and warm, perfect for the winter time. I will still be buying ugg products for a long time!

My daughter is a size 7 1/2. I bought the size 7 first and it was too tight. Then I bought the size 8 but it's a little too big. She said it's fine and she prefer a little bigger than too tight. She felt on the stairs and got a big bruise because the boots probably too big. She still insisted keeping them because it's so comfortable.

It's a great product and you really can't get anything else like it. I love my Uggs but they're a tad pricey. Other than that, it's great!

I have had UGGS for over 8 years my tan pair had finally worn out so this year I went for grey...lovely, neutral and hides dirt and stains. Because I have put on weight I went for a larger size. To my surprise the calf fit on the new model is tighter, even in the larger size, than my origional pair a dissapointment as calves are deffinately NOT one size fits all...otherwise they seem as good as they were. I rescue animals and need something that takes a beating - but not my feet or legs

Very comfortable and warm for the upcoming cold weather.

I mostly use in in cold weather just to go to work, school and when out for a stroll... The only thing that I didn't like about this product is that it wore down exceptionally quick and it appeared that it was someone else's boots.

Bought these to match my daughter and we both love them. First pair for us both and we will definatly be buying more in the future

The price could be a little lower.

the product was great .had an issue with the boots , tried to return them.. did the whole thing that the website advises. got a denial back. called. got a customer service rep who said we were out of warrantee even though we emailed the receipt. We had a hurricane and were 1 week late getting the boots back to UGGS because we had no mail service in NY. FINALLY got someone who was willing to listen and help and she reviewed all the information, spoke to her superviser and got my daughter a replacement pair.

Bought these for my 14 yr old daughter in pale pink, they are very cute! A small bit of a glue substance on the top border of the boot and a wrinkle about an inch long on the toe area, I would have picked a different pair if I bought these in a store!

I wish they were cheaper so I could buy more.

Wear them all of the time. They're the cutest!!

You have to break in the shoe before it gets super comfy.

These boots are a true fall need, super comfy, and I adore them. But make sure to have them stay out of the rain, they stain easily.

It is a good product but when choosing the size, make sure to order down. Other than that, I would not suggest to wear it in dirty environments because it stains easily. Enjoy!
