Lovet the boot.

Buy a half size smaller than you normally wear with these boots. Please make sure you are buying the real UGG products! There are alot of fakes, and many animals are subjected to inhumane and cruel conditions. These genuine UGG's are awesome!

Boot should come in half sizes...to small I have to return 2pair and get a whole size bigger

I've been wanting UGGS for years, but never wanted to spend the money. I got them as an early Christmas present and boy have they met or even exceeded my expectations. They are so warm, comfortable, easy to get on/off, and I love the way they look. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they stain easily and are not easy to clean.

My wife has a tendency to have cold feet and hands, but since I bought these boots for her, she doesn't have to worry about that anymore. She works as a nail technician and wears them while she makes other peoples toe nails pretty.

I originally got these boots to walk the dog. They are so comfortable I am wearing them to work.

I have several pair of UGGs. My most resent purchase was a pair of short classic boots in black. Trying to get them on my size 10 feet became a 45 minute struggle and left the tops of my feet sore for days. I compared the shafts of the new boots to an older pair. The new ones were definitely narrower in the shaft. I have much less difficulty getting my others on. Was there a manufacturing flaw or are you cutting costs by making the shafts narrower. I am concerned about buying more boots in this size and style in future. Once finally on, the comfort and warmth is what is normal of UGGs...perfection.

These are the best. I'm ordering another pair for me! These were for my daughter who does not want a knockoff. Only the best, real thing. The sale made it easier to afford.

I will always order straight from Ugg Australia because the boots I receive seem to be of a higher quality than when I get them in the store. Living in a very cold weather area with long winters, my daughter and I both love the classic Ugg boot for their warmth and comfort. I purchased the Classic Short in Sand for my daughter for Christmas and upon checking them out after receiving them, her boots look sturdy and durable. This is the second time I have purchased straight from the website and in future this will be the only place I will purchase Ugg products from.

I love this green color. Green goes with everything. Cant wait to wash them so they'll have a cool faded army green look.

These are the most comfortable boots. The one on my right foot did hurt at first but as I wore them, the began to feel better. They keep my feet warm and as soon as I put them on, I felt as though I had socks on. I would definitely suggest that you buy some. They come in handy in these winter months.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my wife while I am stationed in Korea. She opened them early because it got cold at home. She says they are warm and comfy.

I bought 4 pair this year...3 for Christmas gifts. The pair for my daughter are the same size as what I wear and I had difficulty getting my foot I when trying them on. As a result I'll give them to my daughter in law and just ordered a different style for my daughter. Some styles seem bigger than my size and others seem smaller.

I live in Michigan so I wear them everyday starting in November.

They keep my feet very warm and are very comfortable. However they are not water proof so it is difficult to wear them in the snow. That for me is a problem because that is when I would wear them the most.

I love my old Classic UGG's. So much so that I have worn holes in the suede! The new pair I ordered - one size larger as recommended - were of sufficient length but were too narrow. My old UGG's label indicated that they were a 7 wide. The new UGG's do not come in a wide. The new ones were too narrow. I had to send them back and - alas- got a cheap imitation that comes in a wide size.

I don't use these boots too to often because they can overheat your foot with all the fur. But, when cold weather comes around I love to bring out my uggs. They are definitely in trend and will be for a long time.

Wore my uggs everyday for 5 years before I finally had to throw them out because they had holes in them. The only bad thing is that the soles of the shoes wore away within the first 1-2 years and they are expensive

Boots are worn often during the fall and winter. Have always been pleased with Ugg boots except for the pair returned. The cloth wasn't strong on these boots. However, our replacement ones seem much better.

Just fine Survey is a pain.

I use a school, its very comfortable and cute.

I really wish I could have gotten the original product I had. The replacement however, was wonderful and just as comfortable. Thanks for your kindness in assisting me with the exchange!

We come from possibly one of the best rated clmates in Australia yet my wife and I still have used UGG boots for many years to get through winter.
