I just recieved my Classic Short Grey Uggs today and I was delighted to see that they were much like my Chestnut Bailey Buttons in the sense that they are very well made and extremely comfortable. Literally clouds on your feet. Trust me. But....the right boot that I recieved had come with a dark spot on the front of it. I know it isn't the manufacturers fault and probably just the way the boot was handled while being processed. It doesn't bother me that much just because the boots are in the grey color and the dot easily could blend in with the other "splotches" that are created from the suede being rubber the wrong way. Lol. I will definitely be purchasing a third pair and maybe even more afterwords because the processing and shipping was prompt and the delivery date matched the estimated one given through the shipment tracking system. If you've never ordered UGGS before, I highly recommend them. If you are unsure about what size to order, I would suggest ordering a size smaller rather than bigger just because I feel that with much wear, the boots will space/stretch out a bit. If you wear a half size (ex: 8.5), you should order the size below(8). Hope this little review helped anyone out there and that my experience with UGG AUSTRALIA made you think about trying a pair!

I called UGG at least three times and no answer, then left message and nobody returned call...I was calling about care of the boots as no info. came in the box with them. Wondering if good idea to Scotchguard the boots....still to this day, no replies, no answers, no return of messages left x2.

I love my Uggs, but I do think the price could be slightly less. It's a big investment however if the price were lower I would probably own them in every color.

It'd be great if they weren't so expensive!!

For the price that is charged, Ugg boots should be waterproofed.

This boot is a staple for my daily commute in the winter. It is an extremely comfortable boot for walking long distances in cold weather. However, not recommended for rain/wet snow. I've worn this brand of boot for 20 years, love it. However have noticed that the material used for inside is a bit scratchy, not as soft as previous boots (I do not use socks with these boots).

Love my boots! First pair, were purchased for me. I am a size 8, and these boots although extremely comfortable, felt a half size too big and wide in the size 8. I kept the pair and wear them with boot cut pants on casual outings and to the office. Can't wait for my second pair! Absolutely love my boots!

Buy a half size smaller than you normally wear with these boots. Please make sure you are buying the real UGG products! There are alot of fakes, and many animals are subjected to inhumane and cruel conditions. These genuine UGG's are awesome!

Boot should come in half sizes...to small I have to return 2pair and get a whole size bigger

I've been wanting UGGS for years, but never wanted to spend the money. I got them as an early Christmas present and boy have they met or even exceeded my expectations. They are so warm, comfortable, easy to get on/off, and I love the way they look. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they stain easily and are not easy to clean.

My wife has a tendency to have cold feet and hands, but since I bought these boots for her, she doesn't have to worry about that anymore. She works as a nail technician and wears them while she makes other peoples toe nails pretty.

I originally got these boots to walk the dog. They are so comfortable I am wearing them to work.

I have several pair of UGGs. My most resent purchase was a pair of short classic boots in black. Trying to get them on my size 10 feet became a 45 minute struggle and left the tops of my feet sore for days. I compared the shafts of the new boots to an older pair. The new ones were definitely narrower in the shaft. I have much less difficulty getting my others on. Was there a manufacturing flaw or are you cutting costs by making the shafts narrower. I am concerned about buying more boots in this size and style in future. Once finally on, the comfort and warmth is what is normal of UGGs...perfection.

These are the best. I'm ordering another pair for me! These were for my daughter who does not want a knockoff. Only the best, real thing. The sale made it easier to afford.

Great, would recommend to a friend

I will always order straight from Ugg Australia because the boots I receive seem to be of a higher quality than when I get them in the store. Living in a very cold weather area with long winters, my daughter and I both love the classic Ugg boot for their warmth and comfort. I purchased the Classic Short in Sand for my daughter for Christmas and upon checking them out after receiving them, her boots look sturdy and durable. This is the second time I have purchased straight from the website and in future this will be the only place I will purchase Ugg products from.
