Yes, I would recommend buying directly from UGG online but not in stores unless you try on both boots and inspect them for quality. The store I usually buy from (and who informed me that they haven't had a change in vendor)do not have quality boots. They feel and look like knock off UGGS. They are not as full inside and a size 7 that is normally tight to start, goes on easily...proving they are less quality.

Love these boots. Suggestions would be that the inside sole needs to be softer/more supportive. After fur wears out, which it does pretty quickly - they're hard as a rock :( Need more durable material for kids - the delicate sheep skin isn't practical for kids. My girls are scared to wear them if it's raining or snowy - which it is most of the time in Ohio!!

Uggs has always been a dependable brand. Warm, comfortable and just right!

These boots are warm and comfortable

I bought the UGGs in light blue color and got dirty easly. There were not information/instruction on how to take care/clean them in the package. The delivery came on time & on the expected date.

Uggs are great! The only thing I would change is the addition of a tab on the back that would make it much easier to put on!!

These dolphin blue basic boots are very attractive. I have bought several of the similar less expensive makes and was hoping that UGGs would have the ingenuity to put a bit of a support in the arch area. I put my own support in but then miss out on the cozy bottom of the boot, that is part of the UGG draw. I was a disappointed but am enjoying my boots, none the less.

I have 4 pairs in various colors. Love them but I find they loose their shape pretty quickly.

The boots are extremely comfortable and durable! BUT they don't last very long. I have to get a new pair every year because the soles keep coming apart from the boot. Thankfully Customer Service is understanding and has been exchanging my boots each time there's a defect. But for the price you pay, this shouldn't be happening.

I like it so much. It can keep you warm and stylish.

You can wear them with anything !

My daughter and i have many Uggs boots in various colors and we love them all. We find them to be stylish, comfortable, very warm. The only down fall is that the Ugg boot does stain easily and i haven't found a product that i can use to remove any stains.

Super Cute Boots just a little hard to put on I believe they are true to size but if you have a wide foot you will have some difficulty. Chestnut color stains very fast and they are hard to keep up with. But do look very cute.

I just recieved my Classic Short Grey Uggs today and I was delighted to see that they were much like my Chestnut Bailey Buttons in the sense that they are very well made and extremely comfortable. Literally clouds on your feet. Trust me. But....the right boot that I recieved had come with a dark spot on the front of it. I know it isn't the manufacturers fault and probably just the way the boot was handled while being processed. It doesn't bother me that much just because the boots are in the grey color and the dot easily could blend in with the other "splotches" that are created from the suede being rubber the wrong way. Lol. I will definitely be purchasing a third pair and maybe even more afterwords because the processing and shipping was prompt and the delivery date matched the estimated one given through the shipment tracking system. If you've never ordered UGGS before, I highly recommend them. If you are unsure about what size to order, I would suggest ordering a size smaller rather than bigger just because I feel that with much wear, the boots will space/stretch out a bit. If you wear a half size (ex: 8.5), you should order the size below(8). Hope this little review helped anyone out there and that my experience with UGG AUSTRALIA made you think about trying a pair!

gift for granddaughter

I called UGG at least three times and no answer, then left message and nobody returned call...I was calling about care of the boots as no info. came in the box with them. Wondering if good idea to Scotchguard the boots....still to this day, no replies, no answers, no return of messages left x2.
