Love the product! They are a tad big. The color isn't as green as I thought it would be it's more of a grey than a green. Love the product though.

Yes, they're ugly. I don't wear these when I want to look cute, but they are invaluable to a college students such as myself during the winter.

I got my first and currently only (even though i want more) pair of uggs when I was around 12 or 13, im now 21 and i still own and wear the pair of uggs I got when i was 12/13! They have barely worn out at all and i wear them every single winter. The only thing that looks worn out on them is theres a crease type thing kind of above the toe area I think maybe because I walk weird or something? They still are so comfortable and warm and thats basically why I love them so much!!

I ordered a color i was not familiar with and ended up loving them! UGGs fit true to size and get better as you wear them! They are a little pricey for me, but I couldn't resist. New college year required new UGGs!

I wear them all the time. Casual, date night, and etc.The Comfort is great. Things that is a little difficult is the exiting the shoe. A little stiff.

Of all my Uggs these are the most comfortable. Have had the same pair going on 10 years. Wear mainly around home during winter months and other than a small hole in the seam around large toe area they are still wearable around house. Love, love the feel of thick shearling wool next to my bare feet but sadly, due to stretching I must now wear thick wool socks to get a good fit.. Suggest sizing down as Uggs are notorious for stretching out in time and keeping suede dry with routine application of suede waterproofing if you're planning on wearing these outside in damp or wet weather conditions. For stains/touch up, recommend getting an Ugg suede brush tool. If you need arch support recommend inserting your favorite arch insole like Superfeet, adding a separate Ugg shearling foot insole on top of arch support and of course sizing up to accommodate for added insoles.

I use them for many occasions, they are comfortable but they damage easily and are hard to clean

These were a warranty replacement and it was the simplest process. Helpful phone staff and easy use forms online. Fast replacement of defective boots.

I always want a pair of ugg boots I finally got them as a present! Super happy ! The only one thing first time they were a bit tight putting them on and off and I have a very normal size feet .. But I love them can't wait for winter weather:-)

Going out

The boot is very well made and keeps your feet warm. I usually wear a size 8 but had to exchange them for a 9. While they do fit now, I still find that on the left boot it still slightly hurts the top of my foot where the crease is from the leg to the foot. Other than that, I have no complaints. I kept them as I figured over time they will stretch and get more comfy.

These are great for running errands on weekends and long flights or road trips. They're soft, comfortable and look great with sweats or joggers. My only complaint is that they are a bit hard to get on and off. It could be because they are still fairly new(2 weeks old) but I it's not a big deal.

The boots are too expensives

Love them! I just wish they didn't wear so quick. I always get holes in he top! You stand by your product & replace them! Thanks!

I had an issue with my UGGs that I got for Christmas from my Husband. The Exchange was so Easy and Was so worth the small effort that I had to make to End Up with a Product that I Love

I purchased a pair of the original ugg boots two years ago, and after about a year the toe area wore out and my toe broke through while walking in them. I purchased another pair in December and by February, the back tore as I was pulling them on. I think they are incredibly comfortable boots but they are easily torn as well.

I have never found anything more comfortable. I just wish they were more durable. I wear them everyday!

Yes, I would recommend buying directly from UGG online but not in stores unless you try on both boots and inspect them for quality. The store I usually buy from (and who informed me that they haven't had a change in vendor)do not have quality boots. They feel and look like knock off UGGS. They are not as full inside and a size 7 that is normally tight to start, goes on easily...proving they are less quality.

Love these boots. Suggestions would be that the inside sole needs to be softer/more supportive. After fur wears out, which it does pretty quickly - they're hard as a rock :( Need more durable material for kids - the delicate sheep skin isn't practical for kids. My girls are scared to wear them if it's raining or snowy - which it is most of the time in Ohio!!

Uggs has always been a dependable brand. Warm, comfortable and just right!
