I like these boots. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because I used the spray meant for these boots and there are little dots from the rain.

The stuff to clean & protect the boots should come with the boots for the price we pay

Exchanged for a smaller size. However, I waited an hour and a half to speak to customer service to get product number of a size 8 so I could do the paperwork for the exchange.

Had to return for a bigger size.

Product received in perfect order. .size wasn't a fit for my grandson.

I wear the boots generally every day as a casual and convenience use.

Wear in cold weather easy to throw on

I purchased the youth size 5 ,Bilberry/purple but it fit really big & bulky. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 in women's but they didn't have bilberry in women's sizes. I need a size 4 in youth but they didn't have it. Also I assumed the youth size would be smaller but I purchased two other size 6 women's and they are a much better fit than the youth size, go figure. However, I love my Uggs!!

I love the boots, but we had to order a second time to get a good fit...they seem to run narrow and about a 1/2 size too small. Once we got it right, they are awesome! Also, paid for two day shipping and it didn't get here until the third business day.

The product doesn't wear well, there are good boots but don't last long.

Purchased this item to wear with a new, women's NorthFace outerwear winter jacket and my order came out perfectly. The color was vibrant, the shoe was flawless and the item came to my door in a timely manner. One problem, the fit is snug when attempting o put on or pull off the boot.

This is a reliable and useful UGG boot, though in recent years the amount of shearling inside the boot has noticeably decreased. I hope they can remedy this QC issue and continue to make this fan fav.

The front of the boot is collapsing like its losing its structure.

Haven't used the product yet waiting on my exchange to return.

Warm but can't wear when snow on the group cause it will get dirty easily

Wish they came in half sizes 10 1/2 The price is not too great!

Initial try on and they felt tight enough; then after wearing for about an hour I realized that once worn in they will be too big and require socks. I gave my new boots a spray of water repellent before wearing since I was heading to the mountains. Splashed with dirt almost immediately and it came right off :). Haven't worn them enough to know how durable or comfortable they will be.

I wear a size 12 women's shoe so the Uggs look HUGE on me but I love them for indoor wear. I don't usually go outside in them.

Got size 7 because I read reviews that they ran big, but they feel too small. Very warm, just feel too small.

Because I wore my old UGG short boots for 3 years and they were extremely comfortable,I decided to buy two pair this time. The chocolate color not the same as my old pair which I loved. The black leather boots were stiff and difficult to remove. The souls don't feel as cushiony as my old ones. Was able to use UGG inserts in my old ones. Don't think I'll be able to put them into my new ones if needed because they feel a little bit smaller than my old ones. Nevertheless, they are very comfortable and convenient in the fall and winter and will probably buy another pair in the future.

I like the fact that my feet stay warm & dry. They are too wide so I do wear a pair of socks with them I've recommened them to several of my friends.
