Very nice, and well worth the price

My first pair were bought at a store. They were following apart within a month of use. I requested a replacement from ugg. I recieved a replacement within 2 weeks from ugg. I was very pleased with ugg returning the purchase. However, they are extremely tight getting on & off. The pair I bought at the store were not like this when I tried them on. They came on & off easily. They were loose & perhaps that's why they were following apart with very little use. I do think they are extremely comfortable once on. They are soft & light weight.

I love these boots. They are cute and stylish but having a big calf makes these a no go. They are too tigh on my calf and ankle and are slouchy. I reccommend the ankle one for anyone with the same problem as me. Overall though I love UGG and their boots

Ive had these in black for 5 years now but they are a size smaller because I was told they'd stretch. They dont. So 5 years of fighting to tuck my jeans in them I decided it was time to get a bigger size so I didn't have to struggle. I should've gone with my instinct back then and gotten my normal size because it is a huge difference. I can tuck my jeans in just fine, quick and easy. I love these for cold weather. We live in CO and have to walk our daughter to and from school. I like to throw these on and go! But ive noticed it doesn't take long before the bottoms of my feet start to hurt. The soles feel extremely hard on this new pair. I didn't have this problem with the last pair.

Second pair, "Sand" color is receptive to stains, though the stains have faded a bit. After 3 weeks, the back seam ripped when I put my foot in. I have filed for an exchange because this isn't normal wear and tear of Uggs. Will update on whether they accept the exchange.

They are good quality and they are comfortable.

I had my Uggs for like 2 days, but one day after school it started raining on my way to my car and my shoes were SOAKED. they dried completely fine except for one weird spot on one of my boots. I called customer service and they said I could send them in for a possible exchange. I sent them back but I haven't received any email concerning this. It's been over a week.

Wish they came in half sizes, because a 5 is difficult entry/exit, while a 6 is half size too big, a 51/2 would be perfect.

It's good scent easily worn out sadly

I needed something to cover my ankles that was warm during the winter months. I wear yoga pants daily and wanted an easy slip on/off option. These are perfect. I have noticed that my toes and ankles will be tinted black after a longer wear but am hoping that changes as I keep them. Overall, these are my best shoe purchase of the year!

I like these boots. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because I used the spray meant for these boots and there are little dots from the rain.

The stuff to clean & protect the boots should come with the boots for the price we pay

Exchanged for a smaller size. However, I waited an hour and a half to speak to customer service to get product number of a size 8 so I could do the paperwork for the exchange.

Had to return for a bigger size.

Product received in perfect order. .size wasn't a fit for my grandson.

I wear the boots generally every day as a casual and convenience use.

Wear in cold weather easy to throw on

I purchased the youth size 5 ,Bilberry/purple but it fit really big & bulky. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 in women's but they didn't have bilberry in women's sizes. I need a size 4 in youth but they didn't have it. Also I assumed the youth size would be smaller but I purchased two other size 6 women's and they are a much better fit than the youth size, go figure. However, I love my Uggs!!

I love the boots, but we had to order a second time to get a good fit...they seem to run narrow and about a 1/2 size too small. Once we got it right, they are awesome! Also, paid for two day shipping and it didn't get here until the third business day.

The product doesn't wear well, there are good boots but don't last long.
