I love my ugg I can't wait to get another pair

Boots are warm and comfortable, however the calf on the tall boot is a little snug. Decided to purchase the shorter boot and return the tall.

I used the product to go anywhere. its perfect to wear for a casual look

A little pricey, but last long!

I purchased a pair of classic short and returned them due to a "construction" issue. I was sent a new pair to replace damaged pair. Then my damaged pair was sent back to me--in a bag. No box. I had returned them in the box they were in when purchased, I was irritated. I ALWAYS store my footwear in the box they came in. Didn't understand that one. Sloppy I thought.

I love Ugg boots, I have bought several pairs and they all last me 3-4 years. They can definitely survive a Minnesota winter.

This is my first pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them. I am travelling for work and they have been the most comfortable boot.

I love my boots! They're exactly what I wanted and very comfortable! And i love the way they look and feel! But they do feel a little too small.

I ordered the classic short and the classic short leather. The classic short in chestnut is perfect. The black leather boot is hard to get on but fits fine once it is on. Happy with both. thanks!

I bought for a very cold weather and they are very helpful since keeps your feet so warm.

Really love these gloves but they didn't quite warm my fingers the way the boots do my feet (I suffer from very cold extremities). I really expected them to keep my hands warm but wasn't thrilled with the result. I only got to use them once so perhaps they do warm the fingers if worn for long periods. They look and feel nice. They are a tight fit but will probably stretch with use. I still like them.

My first pair were bought at a store. They were following apart within a month of use. I requested a replacement from ugg. I recieved a replacement within 2 weeks from ugg. I was very pleased with ugg returning the purchase. However, they are extremely tight getting on & off. The pair I bought at the store were not like this when I tried them on. They came on & off easily. They were loose & perhaps that's why they were following apart with very little use. I do think they are extremely comfortable once on. They are soft & light weight.

I love these boots. They are cute and stylish but having a big calf makes these a no go. They are too tigh on my calf and ankle and are slouchy. I reccommend the ankle one for anyone with the same problem as me. Overall though I love UGG and their boots

Ive had these in black for 5 years now but they are a size smaller because I was told they'd stretch. They dont. So 5 years of fighting to tuck my jeans in them I decided it was time to get a bigger size so I didn't have to struggle. I should've gone with my instinct back then and gotten my normal size because it is a huge difference. I can tuck my jeans in just fine, quick and easy. I love these for cold weather. We live in CO and have to walk our daughter to and from school. I like to throw these on and go! But ive noticed it doesn't take long before the bottoms of my feet start to hurt. The soles feel extremely hard on this new pair. I didn't have this problem with the last pair.

Second pair, "Sand" color is receptive to stains, though the stains have faded a bit. After 3 weeks, the back seam ripped when I put my foot in. I have filed for an exchange because this isn't normal wear and tear of Uggs. Will update on whether they accept the exchange.

They are good quality and they are comfortable.

I had my Uggs for like 2 days, but one day after school it started raining on my way to my car and my shoes were SOAKED. they dried completely fine except for one weird spot on one of my boots. I called customer service and they said I could send them in for a possible exchange. I sent them back but I haven't received any email concerning this. It's been over a week.
