I ordered the ran version in late January. I loved em so much thag I ordered the black pair, threw the box away expecting the same fit and feeling.
I may have gotten a defective pair. The left is comfortable. The right is not. It feels like there's fur missing by the heel. My heel keeps rubbing against the back as if it's directly on cardboard. I tried everything, but can't get it to feel right. I don't know what to do because they're not even a month old, only worn once and I don't have a box to return them

81 yr old Papa so jealous LOL of his girls' Uggs. Wife had them, daughter had some, two granddaughters too. Cold winters with tile floors make miserable cold Papa's feet & toes.
So - Now, to go with his morning newspaper, his coffee and his solitude, he has Uggs! Great for cold days and freezing nights - He Loves 'Em!
Thanks, Uggs, for making mens Uggs and Papa happy!

I love the boots and have been wearing them, but they are just a shade too narrow. I am hoping that, over time, they break in and are more comfortable. What an outstanding boot they are, though. I just wish I could widen them out a notch.

life savers for me. Winters in Indiana can be ugly so I wear my faithful Uggs when it gets cold I think I had 8 pairs over the years and I just got my new ones. Even wet they are still warm.

This pair of boots replaces a pair that I've had for roughly 27 years. Well, not replace really as much as supplement the old pair which are still very good except for a rip in the material near the heel of the right boot. They are still quite warm, but leak a little if the snow is more than a few inches deep, or rain water splashes up and into that hole. The old pair seems more robust than the new boots. They are quite warm in cold weather, and comfortable, but I don't expect to get 27 years out of them.

I've had these before and they were great but some reason I have a really hard time getting them on , I believe it's the heal support, I even went up 2 sizes and still have a hard time , I guess I have to return these also , it's a good thing you guys work with your customers as well as you do. I'm still not giving up yet on you guys, maybe with a different style. Thank you

Bought these UGGS for our 17 yr old' son's Christmas present. It is the first time he has ever had a nice pair of slippers. He LOVES them!
He normally wears a size 10,5 so we still sized up to an 11, and they fit him great! And from what I know about UGGS they should last him a long time!

Uggs classics have changed since I last bought them in 2012. If I read the materials correctly then the fur interior is a wool/lyocell (plant based synthetic) blend. This means they are no longer truly sheepskin lined. I feel this reduces some of the breathability properties that Ugg was originally famous for as “after beach wear”. In addition, the shaft of the boot is a smaller diameter so the fit is closer on the shin.
con- they aren’t as breathable. I live in a So Cal beach town… warm , humid air is the norm on the beach. So the maximized breathability on breezy 50-70 degree evenings and mornings is everything for comfort. Also the close fit on the shin further inhibits moisture from exiting the footbed. Pro- the close fit is more stylish and allows the boot to fit under standard pant legs. The new materials and narrow leg shaft may make them warmer in colder dryer climates. Uggs used to be a 5 star rating in each category for me.
I'd also recommend:
Aussie Uggies brand of Australia. The original materials are still used there.

We returned it immediately because he just couldn't get it on. His foot IS unusual after multiple surgeries but the opening in the boot is smaller than his worn out one. The return process is easy and efficient.

while the boot is very comfortable once I have them on. it's getting them on that seems to be the problem. the ankle area of the boot seems to be very narrow and I really have to push very hard to get my foot in. I'm hoping that the boot will stretch some but it doesn't seem to be the case. I bought the same size boot several years ago and I don't remember having any trouble......do you have any suggestions?

I use them in under-50 weather. They're pretty handy when it gets that cold; however, my soles do get a little overheated in higher-temperature weather. I still think they look very fashionable. I'm just glad that I can do my part in ending the stigma of men wearing UGG boots.
On a serious note, I like them a lot and I will probably order them in Chestnut soon. I would also like them in other colors, such as gray or chocolate.

I bought these for my husband as he has another pair he keeps downstairs. Both are the same size but the newer ones run a bit smaller, I have noticed this as well with mine, But I love UGGs and will buy again. Just know you need to buy up a size from days past.

My husband loved this boot, but unfortunately I received a damaged pair. There was a big slash across this boot on the top and also on the toe, I guess when slicing box open my pair was damaged. You would of thought this mistake would of been caught beforehand. Sadly, had to return.

I am a woman I wear a size 8 in the woman’s classic style ugg boots and the men’s 7 fit perfect.
I bought the men’s because the pictures are of the original ugg boots and I was hoping that is what would be sent to me.
But i received the updated water resistant version which isn’t as plush inside as the original ugg boots, however these do feel much warmer than the women’s mini style I bought before so I am planning to keep them.
