Thrilled with the boots - The boots are the best and we received them so quickly, excellent service.

GREAT BOOT! Fantastic! I wear them everyday because they are so comfortable. I have other UGG styles but I think I like these the best. Remember to order a 1/2 size down because the boots stretch to fit your feet. Also, one quick thing about this company - ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I had placed my order for 2 pairs with their free shipping option I later rec'd an update that my order was in stock and would be sent overnight to me at no additional charge. So here I placed an order on a Thursday and had them on Friday morning! I got them in less than 24 hours. Try and find that kind of service someplace else. Way to go Zappos!!!!!!

I love my uggs. They are so comfortable and you can wear them with anything. They keep my feet warm and dry.

Definitely at least one size larger than normal. If you wear them without socks, maybe two sizes lower.

Bought the UGG'S after visiting my son who has had his for over 6 years. They are the most comfortable footwear that I have experienced in my 76 years.

Ugg mens short - This is a great boot, my husband has foot and circulatory problems, these are so easy to slip on and so warm and comfy, he loves them.

Awesome - I totally recommend using Zappos. We love our Uggs. We had ordered the wrong size originally, the return process was so simple. We got our correct size really fast, it's just great. Hats off to Zappos!!!

Ugg Classic Short - Very Comfortable and warm. A little bulky, some of the sheepshin is coming out, more than probably should be after two months use. The sole is a little too fragile for constant use outdoors, would like a harder material in sole.

The greatest - Bought a pair of Uggs in Steamboat Springs, Colorado in 1987. Finally wore a hole in the toe. I could not believe that this boot would keep my feet warm wearing it without socks, but it did. I guess after 18 years it's time for a new pair.

Just what i wanted! They are authentic and not as much as other places, and the delivery is fast!

He loves them! Got these for my husband for Xmas. I think he was a bit skeptical at first but once he put them on he loved them. Super comfy and warm, if slightly goofy looking. He has now started talking about Ugg slippers. Guess I'd better go look for some. BTW, Zappos came through again. These were sold out in his size everywhere else.

Walking on clouds - When I bought the Uggs for my daughter and my wife I knew the boot was good, but I had no idea how good until I bought a pair for myself. We were going to Europe to browse the "Christkindel Markt" in my home town. It was extremely cold. Specially for someone who lives in South Florida. Our feet however remained toasty even tough we neede plenty of Gluehwein and Grog to keep the rest of the body warm. Can't wait to go back for New Year.

Great boots - Could not find in womens size so I looked in to the mens. They are the same boot. They are so comfortable to wear and they look great with jeans.

Great Boot - I bought these for my son and he loves them! I got them 1 size smaller than what he normally wears and it was a perfcet fit for him. Zappos is a great site, I will be buying all of my shoes from them.

BEST BOOT AND SITE....EVER!!! I love my UGGS!! They should make them mandatory for all 2 legged creatures! As for Zappos.com, I dont think a better, more well administered site and well run company exists! They are the definition of customer service! I bought a pair of Uggs, and a few weeks later a new style hit the site...I called and they sent out the new pair, BEFORE I even returned the old ones! and they did it in 3 DAYS!!! Uggs are sold out everywhere...AND THEY ARE SENDING THEM IN 3 DAYS! Plus a PRE PAID UPS label for the ones I am returning! PLEASE do us all a favor...EVERYONE buy form Zappos.com ALL the time so they stay around for MANY MANY years to come! KUDOS to you guys for building a better mousetrap!

Great! Super warm - great for upcoming winter months! They go on fast for those quick runs outside to pick up the morning paper or check the mailbox.

Ugg's are comfortable, warm, and trendy. I mostly like the warmth: keeping your feet warm really helps keep the rest of you warm. Uggs are made from true sheepskin, not laminated as are the knockoff inferior brands. This helps them last longer.
