First time for owner. These are the most comfortable boot every. It has been unseasonably cold lately and I had no problems keeping my feet warm. Only problem is that the color dye inside the boot tends to bleed and transfers to my feet but other than that, these boots are very warm and comfortable.

Satisfied Customer - Overall I am very pleased with the boots. I am even more pleased with Zappos. They were very courteous, friendly, and spoke "American English". Outsourcing is great for some things but for dealing with customers I want only Red Blooded North Americans. The combination of using the web for the catalog and ordering on an 800 number to me is the best for both convenience and security. I will buy UGGS again and most certainly use Zappos. Well Done.

Nothing like Uggs - The only thing wrong with Uggs is that they're addicting & you never want to wear any other shoes. There's no comparison to all the Ugg knockoffs out there for comfort, so spend the extra dollars to get the real thing. You'll be glad you did and they last forever.

Dream boots - Purchased these for my 16 year old son he loves them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great Boot! This is my second pair of Ugg boots. I have these, and the deacons, as well as a pair of slippers. Super warm boots that keep my feet extremely warm walking across campus in the mountains of North Carolina. I would def. suggest these boots.

Cold feet - My 84 year old stepfather suffers from very cold feet due to poor circulation and has been unable to find anything to keep them warm until I gave him a pair of Uggs Classics. He wears them barefoot, and even with a foot support inside, his feet stay quite warm, finally. The shoes were true to size.

Fantastic Value at a Reasonable Price - Probably the most comfortable pair of boots that I have purchased this last year, comfort is impeccable. Ugg's make me feel as if I were walking on a sheep at all times.

Wow! The Ugg Classic Short is easily the most comfortable boot I've ever worn, once I made an adjustment for the size. They look really cool with jeans. I was surprised to see that there are still some people out there who don't know what Uggs are.

Great Boots - Great fit, comfy! Only funny thing is that they smell really chemically... just keep airing them in the windows for now!

UGG Classic Short - Comfortable in the extreme. These are my first UGGs and I am sure they won't be the last.

Comfort shoes - Bought my husband a pair and he loves them. He has very little arch support and can not stay on his feet for long periods. He found them to be very comfortable.

Great as always - Uggs still maintain the quality they are famous for. These are only my second pair in more than ten years. The others were destroyed in a house fire. I even kept them around half-burnt up, but I finally had to dump them. These are great. Get them a size smaller than you ordinarily would. Wear them a bit, they will feel as if they were made for your foot. If you've never owned a pair of real Uggs, damn the expense! Buy 'em!

Great Uggs - Long time fan of Uggs. You have to remember to order a size smaller than your regular size.

Happy Husband - After having a pair of these for the last two years myself my husband wanted his own. I got him some for his birthday and he said they fit perfectly, looked great and were perfect!

Ugg boot purchase - I was looking for a birthday gift for my son-in-law and Zappos not only had the most reasonable price, but also shipped it immediately and it arrived across the country in two days. Phenomenal! Thank you, Zappos. He loves his new boots.

Great Boots - I bought these boots for my husband, they fit perfectly I ordered one size smaller. I was amazed at how fast they got here. I ordered 8:00pm Mountain time. I had them the next day mid afternoon. I have always been impressed with customer service. I wish every company I dealt with had Zappos standards. GREAT JOB.

Uggs for my husband's cold feet - My husband is facing surgery tomorrow and was concerned that his feet would be cold in the hospital and during recovery. We ordered these Uggs and he hasn't taken them off except to go to bed! He normally wears an 11 shoe size but had to order a 12 in this shoe. He does wear a wide shoe though and this may account for the difference needed.

Great - I own 5 pairs of Uggs! They fit bigger than your normal size but are so comfortable. Do not wear them in the rain. And they will collect your feet smell if you sweat! Other than that a great shoe!

UGGS - Great NEXT DAY shipping and good shoe I’m buying here again from Ugg and Zappos. (my story) Ugg Australians web site didn’t have the shoe I wanted in stock so I came here and bought the chocolate Uggs I wanted. Great next day shipping.

Finally Bough Uggs - These are perfect winter shoes. I have wanted them for years and finally gave in. I wear a 10.5 Narrow and bought them in a 9, as advised. But I don't think Narrow or Wide matters, as they are so pliable. Perfect fit, comfortable, so Ugg they're Booty-ful! And Zappos.com is the greatest. I tell all my friends and patients and they have become customers, too.

Picking the right size - My son wears a 9.5 sometimes a 10 and a size 9 was perfect. Prompt service thanks.

Fits well even in large sizes - My son needs a large shoe (17) and is hard to fit comfortably. He likes these boots for the warmth and comfort. The boots definitely run a size larger than normal.

Great Shoe!!! I love my Uggs!! This is my third pair ~ they are great in the snow if they have been waterproofed. If you have wide feet buy the men's size they are more comfortable.

Amazing shoes - These shoes are amazing they are so comfortable and they really are the greatest shoes one can get because they keep my feet warm and are versatile with any thing that I wear.

Can we say "Amazing" These boots should be owned by every single last person in the world. As a senior in high school I saw these boots all over the place. Mostly just on girls. I decided that I was going to buy a pair also. I wear them everywhere, to school, to the store, to the mall, and all around the house. You can wear them with socks or without, either way there are amazing. Since I will be attending college in the fall. I figured that these would be great for going back and forth all over campus. You def. need to buy some waterproofing spray. It will maintain the boot in every weather condition. Over all you can't go wrong with this boot. It’s simply amazing.
