I bought my UGG's 1 year ago in October (before winter actually arrived in Canada) and was very disapointed. They are the grey classic shorts and they were (are) beautiful. I did everything the instructions said regarding waterproofing and cleaning. You have to believe that I really tried to follow the directions. Unfourtnately after the first winter in Alberta the "stains" were too much for me and i quit wearing them (they actually looked green around the stained edges). I contacted UGG and they said to send them back. I asked my Dad for help[...]Anyway, to make a long story short, I wasn't "rubbing" the pumis stone hard enough on the boots to actually get the stain off. My Dad showed me how to clean them. RUB HARD, it's leather, it will peel and there's a whole lot of "new" leather under there. PS - If you need help tell your Dad you need a new pair of UGG'S, that will help in getting some "Elbow Grease" (my Dad's term) into the cleaning process.I put the before and after pictures.I'm saved! and I love my UGG's.

I got these boots about 2 years ago and I absolutely love them. I got the ugg boot cleaning spray with them and sprayed it on when I got them left the boots to dry overnight and they did not get stained or anything through the disgusting Chicago winter weather. They are extremely warm and the cushioning is only a little worn in and they are great for me because even though I'm not careful with my shoes these boots don't require too much maintenance to keep them clean and I wear them everywhere. I love uggs and will definitely keep buying them.

One time so kid spilled smoothie on my choclate uggs...and with a little blowdrying and brushing, it came right out and they were softer than ever...if you ever spill something on your uggs, try using a bristled brush and a blow dryer. 1. blow dry spot for about 30-45 minutes 2. simply brush with bristled brush the way the fur should go 3. better? it worked for me(:

This boot is amazing! I've never had any shoe that was this comfortable, warm, and cozy. This shoe is great for me to use through the cold, harsh winters in Ohio. Though one thing I would recommend is to get the care kit and waterproof your uggs before using them. Bottom line, I think uggs are a great product and are definately worth the money!

I'm 14 and i LOVE my UGGs..i got my first pair when i was 12 in short chocolate, i got my second pair in tall sand last year..im addicted(: this year im getting some money for my grades, so I'm going to spend them on UGG Dakota moccasins in tobaco, and ask for short grey for christmas..next year im definately getting a cute color(:

I've had these for, well, maybe 3 years or so and they have been the best. I was given a pair in sand for Christmas in 2007 and have worn them frequently. The reason I say that they aren't as durable as I would like is because I wore them, uh, in snow without any weather guarding. Definitely my fault there. As far as any concerns with getting razzed at school etc.: it's going to happen without a doubt but I think that they are so positively comfortable that it's worth it. I currently attend a college up in San Francisco and I'm a bit of a target because of it but it's worth the added comfort. BUY SOME!

I have two pairs of uggs, I have one tall purple ugg and a short brown one. They are soo comfortable, I wear them every day in winter.

These classic short UGGs are great. I have them grey, which almost everyone has this color. I got these in Christmas 09, which was last Christmas. They still hold up very well. They look brand new, and I still get tons of compliments on them. I'm getting another pair for Christmas this year, but I'm just not sure on which ones. Chocolate or black? Anyone want to give me suggestions?

I am 13 years old and I wear my UGG's to school sometimes. They are super comfy and perfect for chilly fall days and anytime in winter! I have had two pairs of short UGG's and I currently have a pair of Bailey Buttons. I must say the short UGG's keep your feet warm and are very durable. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to keep your feet warm and boots that will go with anything!

I really love these boots. I got them last year and I have no regrets-I'm from the very nothern part of NY where winters are long with a lot of snow. They definitely were a great purchase that I would recommend to everyone!

I have three pairs now, and my pink were the last added to my collection. I absolutely love them! I wear a lot of black to work, so this breaks it up. They're so cozy and warm, and nothing smells better than a brand new pair of uggs. Totally worth the money.

I absolutely adore my Uggs! I currently have one pair but am heading out today to get another! They are of great quality and keep my feet toasty warm. They clean easily so long as you use the Stain Repellent Spray. Sometimes, I will wake up in the night because my toes are cold and...you guessed it: slip my feet into my Uggs. Although many people may think that other brands are cheaper, while comparing prices, I noticed that Uggs were LESS expensive, but have better quality than the knockoff. Only by [$] but still. Uggs are very stylish and, being a hockey sister in New England, keep me warm throughout the year. I wear them everyday and they are still in great condition. They are worth the money! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Go Uggs!

My daughter has 3 pair. Bought the first ones in a dept. store, the other 2 from UGG Australia.com. She literally will wear them with anything, anytime and anywhere. We live in south FL, not exactly the place you would expect to see them in July and August, but it doesn't matter. Says they are the most comfortable shoes she owns (and she has many). Great construction, need to weatherproof for easier cleaning of the lighter colors.

i like to put on a pair of jeans or sweats and stuff them down in my boot. i also, like to wear them around the house( they feel that good on my feet). WARM..........

I love these boots! I have had them for about a year now. I get new ugg boots like every year. I love the brown ones too! :) The only bad thing is that when I wear them in the warm weather they get kinda hot inside, but in the winter here, sometimes it is like in the negetive degrees, so they are very comforable then! :) But over all I love them! :)

I love my uggs all 5 pr. However I purchased a new pair of insoles and found out you can not replace beacuse the old one are permentaly gued in (cant remove) I wish someone would have told me[...]

At first i thought they were so expensive but they are totally worth it. They are the mostcomfartable best boot i've bought and i love them

Ive had mine for three years. There ruined, and i'm getting a new pair, but i still wear them! They match anything, and are sooo cute! definatly worth the money.

I absolutely love my UGGS ! I got mine last year for Christmas, and they still look as good as new ! The sheepskin does wrinkle easily, but it may be because I got it in the next size up. I'm getting another pair for Christmas this year in Aqua Blue, and i'll make sure they're in the correct size this time.

i love this product sooooooo much!! they are like heaven for feet. I would recomend this to everyone! I get a new pair every year for my birthday, there always the first thhing i ask for!

I love UGGs they are great. I use my UGGS by wearing them in the fall and the winder. Most of my friends own a pair of UGGS (or more). All of us girls absouly adore them. We keep them clean. The great things about UGGS is that the can be warn with absolutly anything! Theres nothing you possivly cant do with them. They are very trendy and im very lucky to have a pair. Im purchising another pair and they are going to be fabulose. I can't waight. they things i dont like about it is when they get a little wet they tend to make a little spot from were it hit. keep making these amazing boots!

i wear my uggs all fall and winter. they are so comfy and you can wear them dressy or casual. i have seven different pairs of them and still adding.

Couldn't wait to receive them when I ordered. I read a lot of reviews before making the decision of buying them, and now that I have them I can confirm that the reviews didn't lie. I definitely plan to buy a new pair =)
