Fast service and great boots.

THESE ARE MY FAVORITE SHOES EVER! I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THEM! THEY MAKE ME SOOOOOOO HAPPY AND THEY'RE EVERYTHING YOU AR LOKKING FOR IN A WINTER SHOE! THEY ARE WARM, CUDDLY, SOFT, DURABLE, THICK, COZY, SNUG, COMFORABLE, CUSHIONY, AND THE BEST THING OUT THERE! SERIOSLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAIR BUY ONE RIGHT NOW! ONCE YOU GO UGGS YOU CAN NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!! ;) BEST PRODUCT EVER!

I love these so much. They're a gorgeous bright blue, and the inside looks like a light purple, which is really nice. I love these, and although they may not match with everything I wear, I don't know many people with this color Ugg, so it's nice to be unique and still have a product that everyone knows the brand.

I love it so much to the point I will get another one.

I love my UGGS! They are comfortable and warm. I sometimes wear them around the house like slippers. Now I know what everyone was raving about!

This is my second pair of ugg's and I love them, I can't wait to purchase my third pair!!!

I resisted for a while just because these boots are EVERYWHERE! But man, I have never had a more comfortable shoe. I wear them everywhere, constantly. I wore my first pair out... actually, they are still perfectly good, just a bit dog handled. I'm ordering my second pair now and the anticipation of their arrival is killing me!

I love and wear my uggs all the time. They are definitely the most comfortable boot I have ever purchased...

I love to use my boots when I am on the go, and it is cold outside. They are so comfortable, I never even notice they are on my feet half the time.

For me, fit is extremely important. Normally I wear a size 6.5, so I purchased a size 5 because the leather stretches to your foot with this boot,. Although they were extremely snug in the beginning, I only had to wear them 3-5 times to achieve a perfect fit. I love these boots because I can wear them with anything, are easy to walk in and are cute. I had to spot clean one boot when I dropped a piece of food on it, and noticed that the dye rubbed off (not enough to discolor the boot), so I think I will purchase the Uggs cleaning kit. Don't want to ruin my chocolate Uggs!

I purchased these for my daughter. She wears a size 12 in women's shoes so finding boots was nearly impossible. She ordered the 11 and the fit is great. She was thrilled.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS I HAVE ABOUT 7 TO 8 PAIRS AND LOVE THEM CAN'T WAIT TO GET MORE :)

Love, love, love these boots! They are even more warm and comfy on the inside than I thought. So far they are very comfortable when I walk, fit true to size, and go with pretty much everything I wear. They also aren't too heavy so you don't feel weighed down when you walk. I love these boots and I will definitely be buying more of them in different colors. I have a pair of BearPaw, and even though I did enjoy them, I have to say these are definitely worth the extra money.

I always thought this was a great style of shoe- so comfortable, and this is my first pair. They're so cute, I got the gray short kind. And they're great for the cold weather. I got the spray, haven't used it yet but am planning on it. My friends recommended them to me and I'm so glad I got a pair. :)

Never understood why you do not offer 1/2 sizes.....not a good selling point.

The only downside to my new UGGs is when I have to take them off!

i ordered 9's but they were too big. i returned them and received replacements within an acceptable time. The return packaging was very helpful and efficient

every day wear; love to wear them around the house, to the store, to school, to work on casual days. couldn't love without them in the winter!

I love these Uggs I have a black pair of these and they haven't worn out yet. Super Cute! I love these Uggs totally worth the [$]. I always wear them to school or in the winter and I always get compliments. They don't make your feet cold when you walk in the snow, unlike those cheap fake Uggs. They do not hurt like fake Uggs when you walk in them either, they are really warm and soft and easy to roll unlike those cheap Uggs. 5 STARS I love these UGG
