I purchased my first pair of these five years ago, and only just this year did I have to replace them. I live in Michigan where we get a lot of snow and freezing rain mixed with slushy sidewalks. I can't find any boots that are as durable and comfortable as my Uggs. It feels soft and cozy on the inside, and keeps my feet dry and sweat free on the inside. I will be a customer for life! Highly recommended.

When I did have a problem with the workmanship of my boots. UGGS made is so easy to return and get a replacement. They truly stand behind there product. I always likes the comfort but now I love everything about UGGS. There Quality is number one.

Great product they can be used for all occasions very stylish the only con is they are not water proof so wearing them in the snow and rain is not a good idea.

These shoes are so comfortable and you will wear them a lot. I got my first pair two years ago and now they are worn out but they are so worth it and im getting a new pair this week! So worth it!

Only down side is the suede exterior does not do well in mud and snow, only because the mud and salt marks are hard, but not impossible to get out.

Love Uggs and would get many more. Very comfortable and love the look.

I have the Bailey Button Triplet (chestnut),and the Classic Tall (black), and ever since I got them it seems EVERYBODY else has too. So I ordered these because they are adorable and different. When I got them I was so happy! Plus they match almost everything! I got the color sand because I have no uggs in that color and I love the color too! The are so soft and comfy! I would so recommend these to a friend. Uggs are the best boots ever! I love how they are not fake and cheap like most boots. UGGS last for a LONG time if you take care of them. So pretty much you get what you pay for!

I love my new Uggs! I wear them just about every day (To my classes, around town, ect). They're so comfy and are especially great for this cold weather! They're great for going out in, or just to lounge around in. They were well worth the purchase.

Okay, first, I would like to say that I LOVE UGGs. I've been buying them for years. But, as a student, I have to pay for rent, food, gas, electric, car maintenence fees, groceries, and overall living expences. I would have every style in every color if I could! But, they are way too expensive. :( I have 5 pairs of boots and 1 pair of UGG sandals. They are all very comfortable and I love wearing them. But I'm just suggesting they would appeal to many more people if the price is right. :)

I love these shoes! I have these & a pair of bailey button ones. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable! I would buy them again and again. :)

I have several pairs of UGGS. One thing to note is that they do run a little big. I usually wear a 9.5 and I buy a 9 in all of my UGGS. I love them and havent hair one pair that I dislike!

I love uggs I buy every year. They are the best shoe in the snow. They keep feet warm when out. Love love love ugss.

first of all, I just wanna say that when I bought my first pair of UGGs, it was way back in the summer of 2008...yeah. when UGGs first came out, I wasn't really into them but then I did really start to like them and after I bought myself a pair, I fell head over hells in love with them! for my very first pair, I bought them in chestnut & the color goes sooo well with jeans, which is great because all I wear is jeans, however, they also go great with an all-black outfit and pretty much EVERYTHING else...seriously, they do. anyway, they've lasted until now, even though I never protected them w/ any kind of protecting spray & I've never washed them w/ the special cleaner, either and I've even walked in the rain w/ them when it was raining hard and the color got a bit darker but it still didn't mess them up at all...amazing! now, over 4 years later, I'm deciding to get a new pair & just use my original pair as slippers cause my feet are constantly cold, which is another reason why these are perfect. I just am having a bit of a hard time deciding between the colors rum raisin, grey, navy and black "/ I'll probably go w/ the rum raisin, though, due to the fact that the other colors will, more than likely, always be sold by UGG. anyway, since these have lasted me sooo long, they're sooo worth the price. I did buy my original shoe size, though, since I was afraid they wouldn't fit if I bought a size down...there's just a bit of room in the toes but they're not ridiculously large or anything & they do just slip on very easily & although I don't have to pull them up when I'm putting my right boot on, I do have to pull them up while slipping my foot into my left boot but I'm right-handed, so that makes sense. they're cute and comfortable, excellent quality and super durable. I'm even gonna get a pair for my 14-month-old daughter cause she just HAS to have a pair, especially since it's fall. I think I'm also gonna wash & protect them this time cause they deserve it lol. thank you SOOO much for your cute, excellent & fabulous boots, UGG! I'll never stop buying these...EVER!!
