Exact delivery... which meant didn't have to sit and wait!

These boots are so warm and comfortable

I received the Chestnut Uggs as a gift (size 8) and already owned a size 8 in black. The size 8 Chestnut Uggs were too big (the black ones fit fine in 8). I returned them to Ugg for a size smaller (size 7) which fit perfectly. This was a seemless exchange and I had a brand new pair of boots within several weeks. I have never had an exchange experience go so smoothly! I will definitely continue doing business with Ugg. My only complaint is that they are impossible to keep clean. I wore them while cooking and got a splash of chicken stock on them which will apparently now be there forever. My fault. I should not have worn them while cooking and should have treated them before I started wearing them.

The Ugg boots were a Christmas gift for my son. He told me yesterday that he "hasn't taken them off since Christmas day...except to shower & sleep." He loves them!! I think that's about as good a review as his Uggs can get. They are warm & comfy...just what he wanted.

My Uggs are my everyday shoes. I love them. They are comfortable and look so cute! I just bought a pair for my baby that is due in March!

These boots are the best go to. They are comfortable and can be worn with jeans or my work pants. This is my first pair of chestnut colored uggs, I just wish I didn't have to worry about staining so much. I used the spray on my black pair but I think it did something to the color.

I ordered a pair for my mom for Christmas. They came very quickly and she loves them!

My daughter loves these boots. She has other pairs of these boot in different colors. The others have lasted and are still in good shape. So buying her this pair was not difficult at all.

I've been buying these for 4 years now and they're AMAZING. They're so warm, cute, and comfortable. I wear them with lots of outfits but mainly my outfits for school. The only thing is you can't wear them out on rainy or snowy days, they'll get damaged or ruined. Great boots!

Wear for warmth & comfort

Boots are a little snug at first, but they conform to your feet giving the boots an a perfect fit!

I've always wanted a 'real' pair of my very own UGGS and finally received them for Christmas. The customer service rep told my husband to order a size lower than what I wear - so he ordered an 8 (I'm a 9) and they fit perfectly. They are so cute and soooo comfortable... I can't wait to wear them out!

These a probably the most comfiest boots I have! Before I bought these, I always though Uggs were for women, till I saw the Buttes, my first pair. I was afraid to try them on because my foot is really wide, but thankful, the width was perfect. I wanted to try these on because I loved how warm my other boots kept me! And boy, amazing. Even the width was just right! Don't even hesitate about these. Get them now.

This product comes in various colors and is very well made and durable. My father got me a pair for Christmas this year, and I absolutely love them, the only thing I didn't like was the color he picked out for me so we got a new color. This. These are great boots and so are the shoes.
