Purchased these in February of this year. I'm a tall plus size woman with long and wide feet. So I buy the men boots, they fit comfortably. Love them they kept my feet warm will be pulling them back out soon!

Really like these. Comfy, well made. They run small, so size up. I normally wear about a 12, and 13 works well for me.

So COMFORTABLE! I'm on the east coast and wear them in the summer like we do on the west coast! Now I know why my friend sleeps in hers!

These are the most comfortable shoes I own and this is my sixth pair. I have them in multiple colors to match my clothes and wear them regularly. To yoga class, to work, running errands, and just around the house. Even in the summertime they aren't too warm.

I have multiple pairs. I wear them everyday, year round. I wear them inside and outdoors. They are great and I have no complaints what-so-ever. They are extremely comfortable and very rugged! I love 'em!!

I bought UGG boots and I know from experience that they start out feeling a bit smaller than to size. But, after you wear them for a while and the interior wool compresses to the shape of your foot, they fit like a glove. I said "moderate arch support" because there isn't any built into the boot. But, again, the wool needs to compress to the shape of your foot. I bought these to replace some UGGs that I bought over 20 years ago. They are that durable and that comfortable.
I also want to commend Zappos. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have never had anything but positive experiences with the Zappos team. If you have a problem, let them know. They'll make it right. "If" you have a problem, which you probably won't. Thanks again, guys!

The fit is great. The look is what I love. They are incredibly warm. They are extremely comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that I had to buy them for myself.
