Love this shoe

These boots are fantastic!! They are my favorite pair of Ugg boots because they are just so simple that they go with any outfit of the day, but at the same time they are still cute and are great for Indiana winters.

Was very upset when my product of one year had a tiny hole on the top of the shoe right near my toe and i hardly wore the shoe, but i called ugg and they informed me to ship them back the shoe and they would evaluate the boot. They quickly shipped me back a new pair. I am very satisfied with their survice. Thank you!!

Love everything about thee boots

I love my Uggs! The only bad thingI have to say is I only had my Uggs for a week when I bumped them one day on my screen door, they ripped. However, I was able to get them replaced and I havn't had any problems since. My last pair I owned lasted 3 years. I hoe these will last just as long!

Best boots to complete any outfit, I absolutely love them. I had to do a warranty exchange and these are better than the original pair I had!

you cant wear them in the rain

I bought these boots for my 12 y/o for a cold weather trip. She used them for the entire trip and walked alot in them from the day they arrived. No "breaking in" period needed. She is very happy with them.

I love my Uggs

Uggs are comfortable and cozy! Adorable with jeans or dress.

I don't really like wearing them when it is slushy or wet outside because I feel like they are going to get stained and ruined. But I really like them since I started with off brand boots. These are so comfortable and easy to wear.

I always wanted a pair of Uggs. They're the "it" boot. All my class mates wear them, so I just had to have them! How could you say no to this brand?!

Outstanding customer service. My boots were replaced at no charge when a defect caused my toe to pop through after only a few months wear. I have several pairs in different colors. The more you wear them, the more comfy they get! Love these boots.

I used the sheepskin protector before wearing and after each wear I use the freshener. Since I am on my feet constantly at work, these are the perfect answer to tired feet that need a rest (maybe even pampering) on days off!

This was a gift from my teenage daughters and my husband. They first ordered in the color Sand, but I thought that might get dirty too quickly, so did an exchange for Chesnut. The exchange was very smooth and easy.

I really love how comfortable they are. They mold to your feet and it feels like you are walking a cloud. I wear them every day to school, because they go with everything and they look good. I can't wait to get a new pair amd it is definately worth the money.

This product is of the highest quality. My whole family enjoys wearing their boots. They have always been so warm and cozy. My feet are always warm enough for winter!
