Overall, this is a pretty great shoe. The style is unbeatable - goes great with casual or dress - and durability has been good so far. However, comfort is somewhat lackluster, and width is just slightly less than my other shoes of the same width. But, with some decent insole orthotics, this shoe just became my go-to pair for work and for a casual but nice night out.

This shoe is great, it feels great, but in my personal opinion, the only bad thing about this shoe is that it doesn't look great if you're into fashion more than function. If you were in a lifestyle of walking, then this shoe is meant for you. But I'm young and wearing this shoe makes me seem old, not in a good way.

These shoes look great and feel great. I do a lot of standing when I am wearing these so comfort is important, and these shoes deliver on all fronts. Fit is true to size.

These fit, but feel abit small. The foot contours are off for me. Unusual for Rockports.

Along with many others I have lamented New Balance's slow descent into mediocracy. All I can say to that is, goodbye New Balance, hello Rockport. Yeah, they're imported from the same country, but at least they FIT, look nice, and have the potential of providing good support and wear for more than a couple months. So far, so good

Comfortable shoe, I found it about 1/2 size narrow across the forefoot and had to go up from D to E. Overall length was accurate.

A well made shoe except for the insole. It seemed thin and for me did not provide the amount of arch support I require. My problem is admittedly unusual. I have an extremely narrow foot (AA to A-width) and pronate badly. I had to replace the insole with one that provides me more support. I am wearing them only in the house until I determine if these shoes will work for me. I really hope they do. Zappos service is exceptional.

I bought two pairs, a black and brown for my husband at the end of May. So far he likes them and they feel comfortable. It has not been a month yet so time will tell.

I have used Rockport for many years. They have changed. Their quality is not what it once used to be; they have gone down. The stiching came out on one shoe a week after purchasing it. The support feels great at first, but quickly breaks down. I am a runner, so I am used to changing out my shoes regularly due to loss of support (for me, about every 300-400 miles). These shoes have a support system that will last about as long as an average tennis shoe. So, if you do a lot of walking on them, it is best to replace them regularly or purchase a better shoe (which is what I am researching now).

Very pleased with these shoes. And very pleased with the customer service provided by Zappos. Will, definitely, purchase from them again.

Gone are the days of out-of-the-box comfort in the World Tours. I've been getting these shoes from Zappos for years. Zappos has been great (I didn't keep close attention to the particulars, mind you, but I do believe Zappos shipped my order 17 minutes before I placed it). I wish I could lavish such praise on Rockport. They've kept their prices from going up too much (yea!), but at the expense of quality (boo!!!). The shoes are still good, but they're no longer great. After putting them through their paces for a few miles, they're only just now starting to break in.

I bought these for my husband who refuses to shop for shoes or clothing. This is his second pair of Rockport World Tour Classics. He has three pairs of shoes; dress for those rare special occasions, athletic for those rare athletic endeavors and these, for the other 363 days a year. He loves them.

Feels true to size, fits my foot like a glove. Stylish, can wear at the office or around town. Nice padded tongue and overall pretty good arch support. Just hope they last longer than 6 months.

Having fat feet with a high instep, it is extremely difficult to find shoes that are comfortable and somewhat stylish. This Rockport fit fairly well. Just a little snug in width but will work in just fine once broken in. It was also nice to find a shoe in colors other than black of brown. A real nice find overall.
