These were the 3rd pair of Rockport shoes, the fit is good. They arrived promptly I was disappointed that the shoe laces were mismatched: 1 lace was 45” the other lace was 36”, making it impossible to tie. I will just buy the appropriate laces myself. This is the only time I have had a problem with Zappo’s, not too bad.

Very comfortable straight out of the box. A bit light on arch support when compared to dedicated running or hiking shoes, but no complaints for serious walking. This is a fine shoe.

Have worn this style for many years, and am likely to wear it for many more--but for me at least these shoes do require some breaking-in, and also arch support inserts. FURTHERMORE: The laces on this order's shoes were FOUR INCHES shorter than the ones on my last pair--too short to tie. I had to switch them off with a new set.

The shoe is quite stiff and took a week to break in. The insole does not have a lot of cushion I might replace it. On the plus side these shoes seem easy to take care of and the construction appears to be reliable. Relatively lightweight which I appreciate.

Bought these in Wide for my size 14EE husband and he says they feel fine right out of the box, though he has yet to test them in actual wear. We've treated them with a suede protectant and hope that will prevent stains or water spots. Our only real complaint so far is that the shoe color is FAR lighter than the Zappos picture would indicate. More tan than brown, certainly nothing chocolate about them. A major disappointment for sure -- nothing like the rich color we expected -- but we hate returning things so will attempt to adjust. Go to Rockport.com and view the "choc nubuck" color in this shoe if you want to see a much closer version of reality (though still not exact). As for style -- hey, they're "classic," just as the name indicates. Hubby agrees they'll go well with either jeans or chinos, dressed up or otherwise.

Nice fit..great looks

My previous World Tour Classics were made in Vietnam. My most recent one was made in India. All are size 9.5 W. The new one feels true to length, but very slightly narrower, but not enough to bother me. Granted I am comparing well broken in older shoes to a newer one, however it has been worn enough to allow me to make that comment. The shows appear very similar. I have found these shoes very comfortable for me for casual walking and day-to-day errands.

I love them, but have to throw them out because YOU CAN'T BUY SHOELACES FOR THEM!

I bought the "black" Rockport shoes after wearing the brown ones for over a year, and they were the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever had. So, they were a "must buy" for me.

Like the show a lot, but it looks a little more "old fogey" than it did on line. Probably should have picked a different style.

I ordered these to replace my Sears WonderLites for work, which lasted a good four years before they started coming out of the soles. The WonderLites were basically a knock-off of these exact Rockports, but they felt more comfortable after they broke out of the soles. Anyway... I wear 4E width, and I'm picky: American-made New Balance fit, but imports (even in the exact same style) do not. That being said, these run narrow. They will likely break in just fine, just as the WonderLites did. Also, they aren't nearly as cushioned as I expected. That might be a result of running narrow, but they do feel hard. Hopefully that will also break in just fine, and maybe they won't be quite as hot as the memory foam of the WonderLites. Anyway, the Rockport World Tour Tour Classics are exactly what I was looking for in style. Perhaps a little pricey, but if they last 3-4 years they'll be worth it. If not, I'll be updating this review promptly.
