I have owned many sets of rockports over the years. I have a very wide foot and wear a 4E width in most shoes. I purchased these in a XW which is supposed to be comparable to 4E but these feel a little narrow. But not to the point of being uncomfortable and suspect they will loosen up somewhat as they break in. But I might consider buying a half size larger.

Great shoe which I have purchased in the past. This is considerably smaller.

I'm from Australia have had Rockport,s before so knew what Iwas ordering Fit straight out of the box comfortable yes still got them on liked the colour this model comes in a wide variety of colours this colour is suitable for wearing shorts or jeans maybe even slacks and does not make my feet look to large although I felt more comfortable when I read review of guys with much larger and wider feet so Zappos review's where very beneficial in more ways than one The leather looks and feels hard but is not when they are on typical Rockport,s this is my 3rd pair and first world tours I have very flat feet and the fat pads under the front of my foot are not there so painfull to walk around without shoes and need orthotics I'm also brutal on shoes I weigh 265 and 6,2 tall and have had many brands but the Rockport stand the test of time although I did get some propets for mum and she is happy with them so might try them but think I'm a Rockport guy

These shoes are okay. They are strong and feel durable. I think they will last well. They are only somewhat attractive at best and look very functional.

Fit is very good since I have narrow feet. But shoe material is hard. I thought they could have been a lot softer. Tongue of shoe takes a little time to get accustom to. they rubbed for awhile

I bought this shoe a number of years ago in 12 N and it fit very well. Ordered another pair in 12 N and they are much too short and narrow. I returned for a pair in 13 N.

Size and fit were right on. Bottom sole felt felt a little squishy.

OK, this isn't fair since I'm a woman, but sometimes men's shoes work better for me. These didn't though.

Zappos delivered the shoes promptly with the correct size and width as indicated in the order; however, the shoe strings were the wrong length and I could not tie the shoes. I had to go to Walmart for shoestrings of adequate length. The shoestrings supplied by Zappos would not even extend through the upper eyeholes. My down rating is because of the shoestrings.

I ordered 2 pairs of Rockports (different styles) and this one was clearly a half size smaller than the other, so I returned it and went from a 9.5 to a 10 and they fit (and not with extra space). Nicely supportive and a good all round shoe so far, but haven't had them long enough to have long term reactions.

I have medical problem, swollen ankles and feet. It appears I can only get my feet into soft shoes. I liked the look of the shoes but being of stiff material, I cannot get the shoes on my feet without a big fight. A larger size will not solve the problem, something I have already tried.

Fit was perfect and they feel very comfortable. The true test will be after I wear them for a few days.
