This is my second pair of these classics. I wore the first ones for many years, and were absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. These ones are comfortable, but a bit snug. I am sure they will be fine once they are broken in; but, that is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. My original pair required no break-in period.

Comfortable, but not as comfortable as a Rockport shoe I had a few years back that I can't find anymore... wish Rockport would bring that other one back and I could remember what the name of it was.

I am not a good person to express an opinion about fit. I purchased size 13, although I normally wear size 12, because of edema in both legs and feet caused by a vein operation years ago. I do feel that the keel piece is too large and makes putting the shoe on difficult, even with a shoe spoon. The angle of the heel causes the shoe to be difficult to put on to begin with and the padded top of the heel always folds down when not using a shoe spoon, and also causes it hard to get the shoe spoon in the correct position to aid in slipping the shoe on.

I liked Cabbella's similar shoe.

Excellent quality but the fit was too small. These were to replace a similar pair I'd had for several years. I ordered the same size but they were 1/2" shorter than my old ones and, of course, didn't fit well. I'm in the process of trying to exchange them, a somewhat cumbersome process.

Fit was good. Nice shoes that Rockport has kept in production forever. Very comfortable. If you wear orthotics, probably get a half size bigger than normal. The sole material is slippery on frosty surfaces. Great for indoor use. Heel and sole wear slowly, so by the time they are in need of a resole, the uppers are shot.

These World Tour Rockports felt slightly smaller than my last pair, which were made in Viet Nam, the newest were made in India. Also the laces on the new shoes were slightly shorter and the tongue was shorter, but they are still wearable. I have purchased World Tour Rockports for the last 23 years and will not wear anything else.

These are very attractive shoes that appear to be well made. I really wanted to keep them because of their good looks, but had trouble with the room in the toe box area. I have wide feet and there was insufficient room for my toes in this shoe. It was a close call, but I know if I start out with toe restriction issues, eventually I have problems and these were an XW in width.

My husband has worn these shoes for years and loves them. We usually get from the store and can see the color. No local store now so bought online. The dark color is new and no great. Was hoping the same lighter color. Sadly have to return. Bring back some lighter colors!

Nice fit. Very lightweight. Rugged enough for moderate walking and hiking. Good looking enough for business casual attire. I did choose to swap the removable insole for my favorite arch support insole for better comfort

Awesome, great looking and great priced show. Why only 4 stars? The same reason I give all Rockports only 4 stars.
The soles do not have as much cushion as you'd think they do...

A nice looking shoe, good leather, but small and tight. When compared to the Dunham shoe of the same size and width, this Rockport was 3/8 inch shorter and much narrower.

The shoe is very light - perfect for longs walks/regular walking. Downside is the leather upper is very stiff and seems to be taking longer to break in ( or make supple) than normal. Perhaps starting on shorter walks and building up to all day use would be better.
