The Rockport World Tour Classic arrived on time, looks great and is becoming more comfortable as I wear it more. I may try arch support inserts as I have extremely high arches. Having wide widths help me decide on this shoe.

This current model is different from previous versions. There is a support piece running around the heel that digs in too much. Rockport keeps changing these shoes and it's getting annoying. Zappos is great as always. Super fast delivery. They are the best!

MY REVIEW OF ROCKPORT'S RWT CLASSIC - The shoe fits my needs. I didn't buy it for a fashion statement, although I wouldn't be ashamed to wear it in a dressy setting. You can't beat it for the comfort it affords, which was my main reason for the purchase.

Nice looking shoe... Seemed like a very well made shoe, but was too narrow for me and I didn't get a chance to really evaluate it.

A feel good shoe that looks good too - The title says it all! I can now be on my feet all day long and not feel like I'm 25 years older than I am or be in such pain that I cannot walk the next day. This shoe is GREAT!

Lovin' Rockport RWT's - This is my second pair of this model of shoe. My first one was so comfortable that I wouldn't stop wearing them for about 4 years. I finally bought a new pair to make my wife happy.

This is a good shoe but firmer and less comfortable than the Pro-Walker version which it replaces. For comfort, the Pro-Walker had an air transfer system in the sole and was just unbeatable. This shoe replaces the more comfortable Pro-Walker version because, Pro-Walker squeaked badly after a month or two in use. So version this has a different, less comfortable, sole. Styling much the same, this version is aslightly smaller shoe.

Too long and too wide in the toe box. Not true to size.

Have worn this style and size for years. This pair is definitely tighter than prior ones. Noticed they are made in India. Don't know if that is new or not.

Very disappointed with Rockport lately. I've been wearing them for a long time but the last two orders (one style from Zappos, another style from an online competitor) have been too narrow and midway through my first day of wearing them my pinkie toe started to ache. I'm returning this pair for a wider size to see if that helps. Also, very little padding in the front of the shoe makes me feel like I'm walking on the sole. Since I really like the style of shoe I'm going to buy additional insoles to see if that helps. Rockport is slipping.

I like Rockports. I have several pairs of their waterproof wingtips which i bought from Zappos. Wonderful. These shoes are somewhat uncomfortable for a casual shoe. Unusual for Rockport. Sorry.

Felt a little narrow to me. They might have broken in nicely given enough time, but I wasn't willing to risk the dollars to find out. I wear an 11.5 4E normally for reference.

The jury is still out on this one. When I ordered the same size as all my dress shoes (11-1/2-B), the first pair was just too tight and cramped. I quickly returned and reordered for a half size up (12-B). Still feels a bit tight in the toe box (I need a narrow width for good heel fit, and I fit best with narrow overall), but I am hoping further wearing resolves the issue. I agree with an earlier reviewer that the sole material looks a bit cheaply constructed. We'll see . . . . I'd give these shoes an overall "OK, but not great." Though, as to Zappos return policy and speed of replacement, an "A+."

I've been buying this shoe for decades because it's been comfortable, affordable and good looking. But now, apparently, Rockport has "gone cheap" with their latest version. They shortened the tongue so that it doesn't extend past the laces and changed its stitching so that the end of the tongue is stiff and hard. The result is that it digs into your forefoot - very uncomfortable if you do much walking during the day. Also, they shortened the laces so that it's now impossible to tie a double knot. Which wouldn't be an issue if the laces stayed tied. The material they're made out of slips and unties very easily. I'm sad to walk away from Rockport shoes, but my feet can't tolerate the cost cutting changes they've made.

These shoes are very uncomfortable and have changed from previous versions. They used to have a comfortable one piece cloth lined sole. Now they have a junction between the rear two thirds and the front third. This junction is very uncomfortable and feels like standing on a rod or hump across the ball of your foot. Had to return these and switch to the City play 2 Perf U-Bal which has the original one piece sole. Very disappointed.

Well as a casual work shoe they are good, but they still squeaked on clean floors and the width was not what I had thought a 4E would be. Fairly well made most of my shoes fall apart in my experience by now, either threading or inside padding, these have stayed together so far. I would buy them again only for said durability.

I returned this shoe. It rubbed both heels. Width was good, but pretty much tight all over. Seemed a half size to whole size small.

I ordered 2 pairs, this one and a Nunn Bush, both the same size. This one did not fit; felt narrow for a 4E. The other pair fit me fine. Material on this one felt cheap for a Rockport.

Very disappointed. I purchased these shoes to replace the exact same shoe I purchased two years ago. The shoes that arrived were at least a half-size shorter and considerably narrower than the shoes I own. The only difference between the old shoes and the new ones are that the old shoes were manufactured in Vietnam and the new shoes were manufactured in India or Pakistan (I can't remember which and I've returned the shoes). Obviously, something changed in the last when production was shifted.

They were small enough to make me wonder whether there was some problem in manufacturing. Other brands that I've purchased online and in the same size and fit just fine.

I've been wearing Rockports for the past 10 years or so. But this shoe is not at the level I have come to expect from the brand. I purchased two pairs of Rockports with this order. One was exceptional! So I know Rockport is still capable of producing high quality shoes. But the Rockport World Tour Classic Walking Shoe was awful. The worst part about the shoe is that the sizing is just not even close to correct. The shoe is tight in all of the wrong places. The shoe laces are also ridiculously short, making tying them a challenge. If you're a fan of Rockport, this shoe is definitely not what you are going to expect. I would avoid at all costs.

I've worn Rockports satisfactorily for years, but unfortunately, these shoes feel more like the box they came in. Hard, no cushion and uncomfortable.

This is not a walker, the soles too thin. You'll set yourself up for a good case of planter fachitis which takes weeks to heal.
