Terrific looking shoe, amazingly comfortable, broke in fairly quickly, light and sturdy. A little more pricey than my old Skechers, but definitely worth it.

These are the perfect shoes for walking to work. They\'re as comfortable as walking shoes, but look innocuous in a business setting. I wear them all day on casual Fridays. No break-in period needed.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my Father's birthday and he absolutely loved these shoes. He says that they are the most comfortable shoes that he owns. I bought two pairs of Rockports after reading other buyers reviews. Thanks!

I recently bought a men's Rockport shoe from Zappos. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, they had shipped a ladies shoe of the same type. The Zappos team could not have been better in rectifying the error. They even upgraded me to a preferred customer rating, even though that was my first order with them. I received the proper order overnight and was able to return the first incorrect order without problem. For the shoe itself, I can heartily recommend the Rockport World Tour Classic. It may well be the most popular shoe that Rockport has ever made. I personally am on my fourth pair at least. I can also recommend buying this shoe through Zappos!

Great shoes. These were exactly true to size; no need to order half size larger. Regarding comfort, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a slipper, I give these a 6, which is very good. I also ordered New Balance MW927 walking shoes at the same time and the NBs would be a 7.5. So I'd go with the NBs if the goal is strictly a walking shoe and the Rocks if you want a shoe that can also pass for a dress shoe, such as when traveling. The NBs look too much like sneakers, even in black, to fit the dual role. (I kept both pairs, by the way.)

First time purchase of shoes mail order. I chose Rockport World Tour Classic and have enjoyed the first moment I started wearing. I wear narrow shoes and purchased size 11.5 and B width fit great!

Finally, I am able to buy extra-wide shoes with a large variety to choose from! The shoes are a great fit, and I want to wear them every day. They are extremely comfortable and fit the niche of not-dress-shoes-not-sneakers just fine. I can wear them with a sport coat and Khakis, or with jeans. Couldn't be happier. Shoes are great! Love the color and style. Only issue is they seem to run narrow even in the wider widths you may need to get 1 size wider than you normally would.

Service, tracking, and shipping were all excellent. The shoes are great - perfect combination of comfort and enough style to get by at work (trial lawyer). They are almost as light as my running shoes! This is a replacement pair for similar Rockports that lasted ten+ years. I hope there have the same robust construction.

I've had a similar shoe in the past from Rockport, and it lasted almost 20 years. This model turned out to be a bit less comfortable, but I think it will end up the same after wear-in. I didn't have a lot of choices -- the main criterion for selecting it was its availability in men's 6-1/2 D.

Comfortable, light, durable. I've been wearing them for a couple of years now (alternating pairs) for work and mile-long walks on break a couple of times a day. Just replaced the old pairs.

I bought these shoes for my tired feet and I didn't go wrong. This is my second pair of Rockports and I enjoy the fact that they are light weight with good support and I'll probably never buy a different brand of shoes.

I bought these shoes to use for walking here in town on pavement. I usually wear size 10, and ordered 10s and 10 1/2s from Zappos for comparison, and the 10 fit just right. I can wear them with thin cotton socks, and with my thicker Thorlos socks. They seem to be supportive, and are comfortable. I donated the two pairs of shoes I'd been wearing out of the house, and now have just this one pair in the foyer (besides my sandals). I'm considering buying a second pair to replace my very-heavy Red Wing "garage shoes"––or maybe see if Rockport makes a boot similar to this shoe. The tread is not so deep as to seem like it's going to pick up a lot of crud in the crevices. They may be hot in the heat of the summer, but I have to wait for that weather before I can know that. I like these shoes a lot.

I have flat feet and have used these shoes with special insoles at work for about 8 years. I always purchase the same ones about every two years as I have never found anything as good. My work involves standing for long periods of time. I have also brought these shoes on a hunting trip to Africa and chose to wear them over my boots. I have used other shoes for work but these are some of the more professional looking comfortable shoes out there. I usually by the brown ones as I think they are the best looking with what I have to wear for work.

My son has a very difficult foot to fit; it is hard to find any true men's 6.5 size shoes. Rockport shoes are designed and made well targeting both durability and stability, and always fit well with classic styling. These shoes accommodate orthotics. It is a brand we return to over and over again because the quality is so consistent.

These shoes are very comfortable; dress shoes that aren't too dressy. I needed to wear them right away and my feet didn't suffer for doing so. I'm wearing them now. I've bought this shoe before and I will buy it again. I have the same shoe in chocolate nubuck as it is a great casual shoe with jeans. I buy at Zappos because I can get my size 14 and the colors I want and it is shipped FAST!
