I have narrow feet and various foot problems. Rockport shoes work well for me and Zappos is the only place where I can find narrow. Fine shoes; fine service.

Don't ever change these shoes. I am picky about comfort and no other casual dress shoes feels as close to a running shoe as these do. Again,in a world that changes due to fashion way too often, do not change a thing. I have been wearing these since I was 26 years old and will wear them when I am 100. Perfect shoe!

I've been a Rockport fan for a long time. The ones I've had fit well, are very comfortable, and wear really well. Last pair of this style I bought was honestly over 10 years ago. And I wear them almost every day. This new pair seems to reflect that quality and bless Rockport for still continuing to produce shoes other than "average" width. I'm a "B" and these hug my feet pretty nicely.

Had to reorder the next size up and just received them. Feel great. Looking forward to wearing them on a cruise coming up! Thanks for the great customer service.

Shoes arrived when advertised. They look and fit great. I'll be ordering again. I found comparable pricing, but not the styles and sizes available.

I've bought this shoe several times. It goes well with whatever I'm wearing and has proven durable, comfortable, and consistent in fit. There does seem to be a break-in period until it loosens up. So you might not want to wear it all day at first.

Zappos has the best customer service and the best return policy of ANY shoe company I've ever experienced PLUS their selection of quality shoes at the best prices is outstanding. I will never buy anywhere else.

Buying shoes without trying them on is risky. I bought these shoes because there were so many reviews that were positive. Also, many reviews mentioned how well the shoe ages with use. My priority is function-over-form and durability. It is indeed a comfortable and supportive shoe. I work in business casual clothes and am on my feet all day long. So I appreciate comfort & support. It is too soon to address the shoe's durability. The styling is a bit frumpy for a business shoe, but the styling is not misrepresented.

I love the Rockport World Tour Classic shoes! I wear them all the time -- they're very comfortable and versatile (great walking shoes -- casual enough for everyday wear, and dressy enough for parties, social events, etc.)! I've owned 8 of these shoes, and they last a long time! Highly recommended!

Overall I really like these shoes and will probably buy them again. I have some back trouble (mild spondylolisthesis & scoliosis) and these shoes seem to help a bit. I used to wear New Balances, but find these to be much more comfortable and supportive; they're not much more expensive than the NB's either. I have a very wide foot and ordered the XW (4E) size. They were a bit tight out of the box, but after breaking them in during a couple of uses I find them to be just right. My only complaint would be about the color. I ordered the chocolate color, which I received, but the photos on Zappos make them look quite a bit darker than they actually are. In real life, they are about the same color as the "sand" colored ones appear in the photos. For that reason, I gave them 3 stars on the style.

Rockport has taken care of my feet for years, and these are long time favorites. The mesh tongue lets them breathe better, and the real leather toe box shaped to my foot within 10 wearings - fast enough to be tolerable, but slow enough to indicate sturdy leather - and this is why I dinged them one star on comfort. I already plan to get another pair in brown.

Excellent footwear! Had one pair of this brand shoe, and they were my favorite amongst all my other over exaggerated, and over priced name brand sports ware shoes. I swear, the exterior and bottom soles of these shoes never, shown signs of wear 'n tear like most conventional "overpriced brand footwear". I had the one pair of Rockports for at least 11 years...continued wear, they were favored over my others because of the extreme comfort and ease of getting in and out of. Not to mention the resilience to different weather conditions, yet still maintain their external appeal. I got these pair of Rockports in 2000...after all I've put them through they've just now, and only the left bottom sole of shoe came apart! 2013 and only because I accidentally tread through some spilled chemicals. Honestly if I could rate these shoes higher than 5...screw it! I'm ranking them 10 stars and purchasing 2 pairs. I imagine between the 2 pair...should last me, this time around (upon the return of Jesus Christ, or the End of Mankind) either, or.
