I think that Rockport makes a good shoe. This is probably the third or fourth pair of Rockports that I have purchased. They usually break in right away and stay comfortable until they fall apart (yes, I keep them too long).

Another very good shoe from Rockport. In person it looks more like an old fogey shoe than in the picture, but not too bad. I put the arch support at moderate. I have pretty high arches, and I might put inserts in, but my feet don't ache after a typical day. The shoes feel stable in all of our Seattle rain. I have not been slipping around.

Lightweight, comfortable walking shoe with great support and casual style. Would love to see same shoe and color in Nubuck leather.

I walk 5 to 7 miles a day, love these shoes. Took some breaking in, but they are great for walking.

This is the third time I've bought this shoe. It fits me perfectly and holds up through wind, snow and rain.

"Broke" them in a week prior to a Las Vegas mini-vacation. Well, we all know what to do in Las Vegas! Yes, that's right...walk and walk and walk. These classics held up through miles and miles of walking. Do not hesitate one moment before adding these to your footwear arsenal!

These shoes fit well right out of the box. No break-in required. Very comfortable! They look good too.

Great fit, my husband loves the way these work for him and these are the 3rd and fourth pair he has had me purchase for him.

Right shoe has noticible mark on toe and on right side below lacing. Looks like a mechanical error of some sort. I still want shoes, but not this pair.

I have been very happy with this shoe. It is very comfortable to wear and believe me, I am standing in them 8 hours per day. Very nice shoe. I have two others in different colors and my present purchase is a replacement for the sand nubuck. I cannot comment on the arch support as I have to wear prescription arch supports. Most of my shoes are Rockport.

Best for a person on his feet all day. Lots of support and wears well, looks professional.

These are the most comfortable oxford shoes I've ever owned. I've worn various pairs for about 10 years now and just keep replacing them when they wear out - which is usually 2+ years when I'm wearing them every other day. I just wore these on a 10 day trip to China - on my feet all day and hiking thru airports. I never had another pair of shoes that I could wear like that without my feet hurting at the end of the day. I'd give them 6 stars for comfort if I could. I only gave them 4 stars for style because my wife thinks they deserve a 1 or 2.

This is the fourth pair of Rockport walking shoes I have bought for my husband. They’re extremely comfortable and sturdy. In fact, he begins wearing them immediately for an entire day because they run true to size and don’t require a break-in period. Also, my husband likes them because they’re as comfortable as sneakers, but dressier and an appropriate complement for "office-casual" attire. One more plus is that they accommodate his orthotics. Thus, we highly recommend them.

Second pair of these I have purchased. Very high quality workmanship, tough, and durable. Very comfortable for daily wear. I have high arches and could use even more arch support but the standard insoles work just fine. I expect to wear these for years.

Comfort...excellent. Width...right on. Length...right on. Looks...great, both casual and dress wear. Delivery was quick as always. Zappos is the answer to your footwear and product satisfaction. I buy all my footwear from zappos! Totally satisfied customer!

The item was exactly as described, and the size range was much more varied than other internet shoe retailers were. Shipping was faster than promised. These folks are a quality outfit!

Rockports rock! (no pun intended). I think these World Tour Classics felt sized properly and I really like the fact that I can get them in a narrow width. As with my last pair (black), there was no break-in period necessary with the shoes being all day comfortable out of the box. And, as usual, Zappos blows everybody away with their fast and superb customer service.

Review Text: I seldom write reviews unless I find something extraordinary and this shoe is excellent. Let me explain why it works well with Dockers and jeans. It breaths well so your feet don't sweat, and the comfort is soft and firm. It is not a dress shoe, but perfect for business casual and dates. As a male shoe shopper, I don't have patience for stores. I shop at Zappos. These shoes arrived quickly and the order was efficient. Thank you Zappos. I hope my review helps another guy.

These shoes arrived quickly with upgraded shipping. I have always had great service at Zappos. When I have had to return an item, my credit card is credited quickly. My husband loves these shoes. This is the third pair that I have ordered from Zappos.

The shoe fits perfectly, true to size and is very comfortable. A feature I value is that my left foot is somewhat larger than my right, but this shoe laces well to fit both feet. What especially impresses me is the quality control over the years. I have this model shoe in other colors, some from more than ten years ago. The new shoes fit exactly as the older ones.

Good walking shoe. Like these better then sneakers. Use this shoe for winter walking. Very comfortable.

I\'ve come to expect comfort and durability from Rockport, and was dreading replacing my old pair of Rockports that after close to a decade of wear (including at least 2 resoles) finally needed replacing. The Rockport World Tour Classic was a great replacement, one that I\'m very pleased with and glad that I chose. Outside of my bedroom shoes, it\'s the most comfortable pair of shoes I own.
