I was pleasantly surprised that the shoes were comfortable and fit as needed.

First time buying Rockport shoes and ordering from Zappos. I ordered my standard size 10 1/2 - 4E. Shipping was quick, had them in about 3-4 days. Shoes felt a little tight, so I called to return for the next larger size. The person answering the call was so friendly (never have spoke to anyone this friendly) and accommodating. She gladly set up for the return label (which is very easy), and then the reorder of a larger size. She told me the price had dropped ($13) and she also sent the reorder express delivery (called on Saturday, had replacement on Monday). The replacement shoes fit well and are very comfortable and well made. For me it seems that the Rockport may run about 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size. I definitely would buy again. Zappos...you have a new customer and I will try out your other products...seems like your pants come in a 29 length which is almost impossible to find (will be ordering soon). Thank you.

My husband loves these shoes! He has them in both black and brown and this brown pair was a replacement for an older pair. They last forever, have good support for his plantar fasciitis and look good.

Like others I have been buying this exact shoe for years. When they get old an ragged I use them in my shop and buy a new one. I wear a 11 1/2 Wide and the fit has been perfect - until now. This length rubbed on my heel so I returned it ant purchased a 12 Wide -= which is perfect. The only difference is my older shoe was made in VietNam and the new one is made in India. Cosmetically they are identical - hope it lasts as long as my old one.

I bought this pair of shoes for my fiancee's birthday gift. His foot shape is a little unique so he has been having a hard time to find the ones that fit comfortably for a long period of walk. After trying many pairs, these pairs finally fit perfect for him and he does not feel pain!! He enjoys wearing them!!!

Comfortable right out of the box! I am very hard to fit, but these shoes have worked out perfectly for work.

I purchased these at the request of my 94 year old Dad. It's the only shoe he will wear and he could not find it locally (small town) so I ordered several pairs in hopes we would find a size and width to fit him. It took several tries but thanks to Zappos's free and easy return shipping, we found the perfect fit. I think Dad is now a believer in ordering his shoes from Zappos. Thank you, Zappos!

This is my husband's second pair. Very comfortable for him and wear extremely well for several years. Great look for both casual and semi dressy.

I've been a Rockport fan for many years for several reasons. Rockports are comfortable right out of the box, no break-in necessary; they are lightweight so I don't feel like I'm wearing bricks on my feet; their wide width fit my very wide feet, and they are reasonably priced. What's not to like?
