While tying the shoe on the 2nd day of wearing, the top eyelet pulled out of the material and cannot be re-inserted and retained properly..

I found that the Black World Tour Men's class K71185 US 9.5 W made in India did NOT have as wide of a toe box as the Brown World Tour Men's Classic K70884 US 9.5 W made in Vietnam. The Vietnam made shoe fits me perfectly

This is the third of these that I have purchased from you spanning over a 10 to 12 year period. I wish the leather uppers were still the same as the first pair. I like to have fresh polished shoes and these do not shine up as the older ones do.

I bought a pair of these shoes one month ago and my feet have been in severe discomfort! My heels have been aching and overall both feet have been in horrible discomfort! I have always worn rock port with no issues but this model is different!

The shoes were great except they came un-stitched at the toe. They just aren't put together well. I can where them to work any longer due to their shabby appearance. This occur roughly three months after purchase. These are super comfortable and great walkers but they are low build quality and not well assembled. Spend a little more and buy a walking shoe made in a country that pays a living wage by workers that aren't valued for quantity over quality. Finn Comfort or Mephisto are great alternatives. While more expensive they last 3 times as long so they are worth more.

Very very uncomfortable shoe. Felt like something was missing from the insole. Seams of right side of left shoe were painful.

Okay. I am a big guy with big feet. 13 4E is the size I typically order and these shoes felt true to size and width and they look good but this was the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had on my feet. When I first put them on my feet began to hurt with minutes of wearing them. I have plantar fasciitis and I could not wear these shoes without an additional insert. The only relief I got out of these shoes is when I took them off. I normally wear only New Balance shoes because it is hard to find wide shoes that are comfortable. New Balance quit making the style I normally wear so I gave these Rockports a try and I wish I would have sent them back but I kept them and just replaced the inserts. I can't believe this shoe has so much positive feedback. Maybe I got a dud but I will not try Rockport shoes again unless they are free.

The box the shoes came in indicate they are a wide width. Inside the shoe on the top of the tongue there is a label that indicates that the width is medium. I can't wear them because they are too tight.

I tried these shoes on and they didn't feel good. They also had white patches of some kind of gunk on them. The right shoe felt particularly bad. I immediately sent them back for a refund.

I recently purchased a pair of these shoes for my husband. He has worn this exact same style for many years, and has had multiple pairs. He has always worn an 11M size, which is what I ordered. Not only were the new shoes shorter (too short), but were also really a narrow shoe with a pointed toe, rather than a slightly more squared toe box. Needless to say, the shoes did not fit in either length or width. This was very disappointing, as these have been my husband's "go to" shoes for many years. What a shame that so many companies are dropping the quality of their products, while raising the prices to undeserved levels. Unfortunately, we will have to now look for different shoes somewhere else. Wound not recommend these shoes unless you want off-sized, and over-priced shoes.

I did not like these. Other than being lightweight and having fairly soft uppers, they were not comfortable. They sort of fit my 11 4E foot but felt more like a 2E. The sole was hard as a rock inside and not smooth. The insole offered no worthwhile cushioning, it looked and felt to be the consistency of the Styrofoam boxes that you might get take-out food in. Maybe I have princess and the pea feet, but I could feel several pressure points in the sole. I bought the Brown Tumbled color. From a distance the shoes looked decent, but in examining them up close, it is hard to believe they are leather. I've seen faux leather that looked better. The material looks like shiny brown vinyl embossed with a pebble pattern. They look like cheaper shoes from a department store. I've had more comfort in the shoes as well. Although both shoes were generally uncomfortable, there was an oddness to the right shoe in the ball of the foot area. When walking on smooth concrete, I could feel that the sole did not feel flat and my foot would naturally roll to one side or the other to avoid landing on the high spot. I could not see this problem nor feel it by hand. I could easily notice it though just sitting in a chair without applying my weight. The right shoe seem to teeter on a hard floor as if there was a high spot or swelling in the outer sole under the ball of my foot. After wearing them for an hour or so, it felt like a had a bone spur in that area. It was a relief to take them off and walk bare foot on the concrete and prove to myself my foot was fine. I bought the 11 I have liked Rockport shoes from years back, but something is not right with these. I sent them back even though I wore them outside because I feel they were defective.

I was not willing to gamble that even with the addition of an expensive support insole that these shoes would ever be comfortable. The sole is so stiff that you walk like a duck and the upper which is also very stiff strikes me right at the ankle bone. Too bad! These are nice looking shoes and thanks to Zappos for their enlightened approach to customer service that I am not stuck with these shoes or paying for the return.

I returned them the day after they arrived. I hope you will issue credit soon. They were too high and tight across the instep. Very uncomfortable. I have worn Rockport shoes for over 20 years, and never had a problem. I am still wearing 4 pairs that I bought over the last 4_5 years. I have ordered another pair of a different style. I hope they fit better.

I have worn this shoe for more than 10 years. The quality of construction has declined. The current pair that am wearing for work, the sole, in the middle of the sole is separating after less than 8 weeks of wear.

The style of this shoe must have changed. My husband has worn this "model" for years and now the last 2 pairs we have had to return. Higher sides rubbing into the ankles.

I have bought these shoes for many years. Until recently they were some of the best that I have ever bought. Unfortunately they must have changed the design since the soles have separated on the last two pairs that I have purchased. The last pair is sitting in my closet at the moment.
